Property Ratings at Cupertino Park Center
Do NOT live here. Don’t let the stars fool you into thinking that this is a good place to live. The people who work in the office are incompetent. It’s almost impossible to get a straight answer out of them, they take forever to get anything done and you will spend way too much money for an old apartment to be falling apart around you. The parent company is also terrible. I called corporate to ask a question at our move out and never heard back from them. I tried to get a hold of them for two weeks to ask a question about our final bill and never heard back. They will also charge you an obscene amount of money to move out of this place too, lord for bid you want to move out of this terrible apartment. The maintenance team will be your bestie after living here with all the issues you’ll have. We had both the bathroom and kitchen sink leak multiple times, the dishwasher leak, all the shelving in the closet fall off the wall and onto me (and no one in the office cared), and our ac stopped working and it took them 3 weeks to get it fixed. The office also gave the exterminator permission to enter our apartment without giving us notice and when we complained they told us that by us asking for the exterminator that we gave consent for them to enter without any notice of when that would be, which per our lease was in-fact not true. They are also swapping out all the carpet for wood floor so now you can hear every step from the people above you and the neighbor in the complex have no consideration for the people around them. So if you are a night shift worker like my fiancée, I’m sorry to break it to you but you won’t be getting peaceful sleep during the day. So moral of the story, don’t rent here unless you want to spend a lot of money on an old apartment that is going to have a lot of issues and things breaking, where you will be ignored and get bad service from the office staff and have to listen to a bunch of super inconsiderate neighbors. The only plus side is Johnny and Manny on the maintenance team work really hard to fix the issues that arise in a timely manner and are always very respectful, unlike all the other people who work for the company.
With what you get and pay here, you can find something way better.
