Office and maintenance staff very helpful and courteous.

We have lived at Curtain Lofts for over 9 years now. Our experience has been very fulfilling. The Management, Maintenance & Cleaning staff are all amazing. We have met some of the best neighbors, very friendly and fun to be around.

I would highly reccomend this placee to family and friends the rent situation maybe an obstical but that's no different than anywhere else. There is great pride in this place taken by management and staff and the Maintainence staff are nothing short of outstanding.

So far the experience has been very satisfactory. Pleasant environment and I do recommend the Curtain Lofts experience.

Overall I rate living at the Curtainlofts very high and highly reccoment it for consideration to my friends, colleagues and family members. I would definitely Reccoment Curtain Lofts to anyone who asks including my friends, colleagues and family.

I like the safety of the building, the privacy, the overall cleanliness, the maintenance of my unit and the grounds. The management has been a lot more considerate recently offering help and advice on concerns.

Been a resident here for a little over three years and it was the best decision I’ve made. Property is immaculate inside and out, apartments along with the amenities are outstanding. The staff always go out of their way to accommodate you whatever your needs may be. Jorge the Maintenance Supervisor along with Carlos the janitor treat this property as though this was their personal home.

The Curtain Loft community is a friendly, clean and safe environment. There is nothing too small for the office and maintenance staff to address. Everything is taken care of in a professional and respectful manner.

Friendly staff, building is very clean, lovely apartment. Any problems are resolved in a timely manner.

This is an excellent place to live rents are high but that's true no matter where you go these days as my wife and I follow news closesly my being a retired university administrator and my background being in political Science and hers a retired nurse so when we tell our frinds about considering the Curtain Lofts, we emphasize the cleanliness, the amenities that are offered here, and the the Maintenance staff, second to none.

My husband and I have lived here for eight years. And have always had a great relationship with all of the staff that work here. (Karen, Jorge, Robert and Carlos). We have also met some wonderful residents.

My experience has been wonderful. Building and grounds are very well taken care of. It is a safe and quiet community. The residents are notified in advance of any service being done to the common areas or the apartments.

Maintenance is always professional and do an excellent job.

Reasonable safe place to live plenty of parking. Great neighbors.

My husband and I have been here for almost 7 years now. And my husband is very happy here. We have met some wonderful people and friends here. The office staff is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is always spot on with any repairs that need to be done. We are very pleased with everything and everyone here.

I enjoy living at Curtain Lofts, the building is always well maintained, extremely clean, and I can feel proud to invite friends and family to my home, and be proud of where I live. The staff are always approachable and helpful in n a polite and friendly manner. The apartments are lovely, with an open and contemporary feel, yet quite homey. I would absolutely recommend Curtain Lofts to anyone looking for a great place to live.

My wife and I are very satisfied with this Residence. The staff take good care of the Hallways and outdoors and seem very proud of the facility as we like to tell people, we don't plan on going anywhere.

We have lived here for a little over 6 years. Before the pandemic we were able to do so many community things. But due to the pandemic it is very understandable that things have to be put on hold. The office manager has been able to do grab & go lunches and dinners, which is greatly appreciated by us. We have been very happy here. The management and maintenance staff are superb.

The few times I needed service or maintenance they were very quick and responsive to my concerns and issues with excellent results each time.

Ive been a resident of Curtain Loft Apartments going on two years and must say I am beyond satisfied. I was hesitant when moving in whereas Ive always owned my own home and never really lived in a apartment community. One of the perks is worried free living and I really enjoy not having to shovel. The Maintenance Supervisor Jorge takes care of the property as if it was his own and with so much pride. Carlos is immaculate with his cleaning and Jorge is training a new maintenance person who will be great Im sure. Shawna who is the new Property Manager is easy to speak to, very helpful and has great pride in her people and property.

Do not move in here if you like being in control of your own heating /cooling in your OWN unit.

420 Quequechan Apt 410, I'm happy with my apartment, been here 5 yrs. No complaintes. It is very pretty inside, Love the counter top, ceiling and appliances.

My wife and I wouldn't tradee where we are for anything, we absolutely love it here. The staff are outstanding and they seem to take pride in this building. Our experience living in Curtain Loft is the best living experience we have ever had and that includes the nearly 30 years living ona College campus which came with my job and the only thing we had to pay for was personal appliances. Curtain Lofts is the best we've evser had and as my wife loves to tell management, "we're not going anywhere."

My husband and I have lived here for over 6 years now. We have been very fortunate to have met some very nice people. The management, maintenance and cleaning people are excellent. We have been extremely lucky since moving here.

If your looking for a 55 and older residence I would differently rank Curtain Loft as one of the nicest apartments in that category.

I have lived here for three years now after owning my own home. The staff is amazing and I feel that I'm well taken care of. The building and grounds are safe and immaculate. Management took away the stress of getting Covid injections by coordinating everything for the residents to be done downstairs. They go above and beyond. What else can I say.

Friendly and professional atmosphere, where all needs are available. Rooms are large and airy with wonderful lighting. Staff is extremely helpful, very clean indoors and outdoors, property is well lighted. Parking is available for tenants as well as Visitors.

My husband and I are very happy here. We have a beautiful lounge area, a very nice gym room and a game room with a pool table. Everything is always very clean and neat.

Its a great place to live. I have been here for almost two years and Ive never had any problems. The staff are always helpful, the building is very well maintained, and extremely clean. The management aim to make a close community atmosphere, and problems are handled quickly and professionally. I would recommend living here to anyone.
