Property Ratings at Curve at Melrose
It’s a nice place and the staff is cool, but I haven’t had a full night of sleep since moving here. The walls are extremely thin and let’s just say you can hear everything.
Property Manager at Curve at Melrose, Responded To This Review
We certainly regret any inconvenience you may have experienced. We'd love nothing more than to improve your impression of our community in any way we can, and we encourage you to contact our leasing office directly whenever you get a second. In the meantime, be well!
I moved here sight-unseen and have loved my time at Curve. The management is great with communicating about the community, the amenities are clean and new, and the pool is perfect to catch a tan. Along with those benefits, my apartment is stocked with new appliances and a cute barn door. Zero noise issues or maintenance problems. Neighbors are very welcoming and I love seeing everyone’s dogs outside walking around.

Yay! Yours is precisely the type of five-star feedback we strive to earn here at The Curve at Melrose, and we hope you'll keep us posted if there's anything we can do to improve your experience.
I have lived here since the property opened and just recently renewed my lease, I love living here. The office staff is always super helpful and it's such a fun place to live. While the walls are a bit thin that is how most places I've lived are. All in all I love living here.

Thank you for this wonderful 5-star review! It brings us joy knowing that you love living at our community and we are so glad that you've decided to renew. If you need anything at all, you know where to find us! - The Team at The Curve at Melrose
This place will rent to anyone. The walls are super thin and people are always partying and carrying on every day of the week. The place looks nice but trust me you will regret living here. Straight up hood for small apartment living and very pricy for being so inconvenient. Save your money.

If you want to live someplace where you are charged overpriced fees and ridiculous charges this is the place for you to live, after living in the Curve for a year for almost a year, I am counting down the days until my lease expires so I can move somewhere else. The negatives for this complex outweigh the positives which is why I am asking you to pick someplace else to live.

Thank you for your time. We are disappointed to read these concerns and we apologize if you feel you were charged unfairly. If this is something that you would like to discuss with us directly, please feel free to stop by our office or give us a call at (602) 595-5700. Thank you. - The Team at The Curve at Melrose
Definitely far from a luxury complex, but it’s the office staff (and also the management company staff) who really made moving out a living hell for me. Rude, unprofessional staff who will lose your paperwork and lie about the day your lease ends.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us your feedback We strive for five-star customer service here, so we're disappointed to learn we've failed to hit the mark with you on this occasion. We'd love for a chance to change your perception of our community, though, so if you could reach out to us in the office at your earliest convenience, we'd greatly appreciate it. Hope to speak with you soon. - The Team at The Curve at Melrose
The location, the building, the pool, the common area, and the units themselves look great; but that is where the luxury stops. Some office staff are slow to respond, if they respond at all, to resident concerns; good luck on who you talk to. The grounds / building interior / elevators are not kept clean nor are they walked by management to ensure cleanliness and safety (more than one report of broken glass were ignored until residents picked up the glass to avoid injury, for example). Dog poo bags at the pet stations are a crap shoot if they have any bags or not, which causes dog poo to accumulate around the community. Build quality isn’t great, from what I can tell. I can hear my upstairs neighbors quite often and my side neighbors can be heard while in the bedroom if they are talking in their bedroom. Some of the residents are inconsiderate and make noise in the pool area keeping other residents up; security does nothing. Maintenance staff needs better training as on 2 of my 6 work order repairs, and I’ve only been here 5 months, they have caused extra damage to my unit or prolonged a repair. Considering this, and a few other issues I haven’t mentioned, I don’t recommend living here. If the rent were 20% cheaper or if they would not have advertised and pushed the “Luxury” atmosphere, I may have stayed; but, for the price, I would recommend looking somewhere else.
