Property Ratings at Cushendall Commons
I have been a resident of Cushendall Commons since 2012 and have never regretted my decision to move here. The apartments are spacious and the property is well-maintained. It is quiet and peaceful and the staff are always ready to help..
You will fall in love once you visit this place, the great service provide by the Manager Jenny. The cleanest and safe satandars provide by this comunity will make you live here.
We are excited to be moving into cushendall commons. Ms. Jenny gave us all of the information we needed, the tour she gave was awesome so we know where everything is. We only needed a one bedroom apartment and the space is wonderful!!!! We were shocked at how much space our one bedroom has. The appliances are very nice! The pool is open! The complex is nice and clean! We couldn't have picked a better place to call home. If you're looking for a place to stay we definitely recommend talking to Ms. Jenny, you'd have to see in person how awesome she is. She helped step by step with the application process and she updated us on everything that was going on. We love it here!
I've been a resident there for 14 years and I love the living environment. J. Johnson

We have been living here over last 4 years and it is a pleasure super convenient to everything in Rockhill right from shopping center, restaurants, public bus stop and highway. This is very nice and quiet community with friendly neighbors and quiet relaxing place to sit outside.Office and maintenance staff are very helpful and prompt when an issue rises and taking care of the situation ASAP.One would always see a smiling face when you meet them outside. Though there was change in ownership but everything goes smoothly. Overall it is well maintained facilities.

I will be moving in tomorrow and I already LOVE this place. Lindsay, the property manager, promptly returned my call when I sent a message saying that I was interested in renting an apartment. She was very sweet and scheduled a live tour of the actual apartment that I will be renting that very day. She also quickly responded to my emails and calls that I had while filling out my application and with my acceptance letter. The grounds are very clean and well maintained. It is also quiet. I am looking forward to making this my new home.

Been living here a little over 2 years and it has been a pleasure. Super convenient to everything in Rock Hill but off the main road. Office and maintenance staff are always prompt, courteous, and super nice. Well maintained facilities-never any trash or broken items in the community. Couldn’t be happier:)
Tenant for a little over a year. This community has been great to our family. It’s tucked away from traffic but close to the high way and other stores. This is a quiet area where the neighbors are great and it’s relaxing to sit outside. The office staff are very helpful when an issue rises and taking care of the situation as soon as possible. This an overall good plan to live.
I moved into Cushendall from an older apartment complex across town that I had lived in forever, and Hannah made the moving process so simple and easy for me. Not only that, the apartments are so cozy and homey, it became my favorite place to be at any time. Highly recommend Cushendall Commons.
This review is written in appreciation of Maria! Tenant for going on three years. Maria is the perfect example of a manager! Always there any time of the day with the most positive attitude! I’ve lived in many places, and never have I encountered a manager so personable and willing do whatever it is in her power to accommodate her tenants! Her staff follows suit as they are an extension of her, caring about the property and the people that live here! This beautiful apartment home speaks for itself once you enter site you’ll see this for yourself! But please remember, beauty just doesn’t just happen! This is largely due to the tired-less efforts of Maria and her staff! So Kudos to Maria for making this a wonderful place in every way to live!
Tenant now for almost 2 months. Since move in I have been having multiple issues with drain gnats. There is a gnat infestation here that is uncontrollable by management, any home remedy, or by hiring an outside contractor. Since warming up my food in the microwave, and noticing a gnat in the microwave with my food...I decided that enough was enough!!! After my contact attempts with manager, Maria I was told that I needed to pour bleach down the drains weekly to prevent the problem. Now one may ask why should you have to purchase bleach to pour down the drain weekly when you pay pest control. It doesn't make sense. I have poured bleach down all drains x 2 attempts, ammonia, baking soda, vinegar, draino x 2 attempts, and setting up vinegar traps around the apartment with NO RELIEF. Since my issue has gone unresolved with office, I am currently still waiting to hear back from upper management but have had no help as of today. Breaking my lease early will result in paying 2 months rent along with a 90s day notice. Trust me it is not worth the headache to move here. Other issues: loud tenants, paper thin walls, hidden fees
Pretty quiet, tucked away from car and foot traffic. Convent location with close access to many grocery stores, restaurants, and retail. Only problems that have occurred: trash compactor has broken down a couple of times; walkways are not overly kept well seen a lot of dead bugs laying around for a duration of time, no problem inside the apartment with infestation. Have not had any big maintenance problems, had a clogged sink and that was handled promptly. Overall a nice place to l
I generally have nothing but positive things to say about Cushendall Commons. I've been a resident for close to six months now, and the only problems occurred during a two week period where management was changing hands (trash compactor broken, pool closed, etc). That said, old management was good, and new management has been good so far as well. The community is clean, usually very quiet, and there is plenty of parking. The apartments themselves are nice as well -- mine is very open with a lot of space for storage, and it has a balcony. Overall, considering the price range, I would have no problem recommending these apartments to a friend.
I've always leaned toward brick houses/rentals, so when I was looking for an apartment in rock hill, finding this complex was perfect. Not only was the rent decent, but it had the largest square footage around.
