Property Ratings at Cushing Arms
the properties on picture look good, but customer service is poor. Have been trying to get in contact with them for an ENTIRE WEEK being send straight to voice mail to schedule a tour having to leave my name and phone number without receiving a call back for days (and still havent). I love how these apartments look but customer service make it so difficult to choose. I also went to the office and nodoby was there.
I’ve been out here for 3yrs Come next month an so I signed another lease , mrs Mary in the office is so pleasant I love talking to her .. really no issue for me I would like to say when corona hit last yr an my job layed me off the owners really stepped up an gave me a break for that one month an i really truly appreciate it !!they really take care of the landscaping out here as well .
I have lived here for a couple of years and I have enjoyed my stay. My work orders have been completed in a timely manner and they have experienced staff such as Mrs. Good(e) who has great customer service. Coming from a person who doesn't post many reviews I can honestly say I am satisfied and enjoying my stay. - Will
Do not move here, I experienced more cons than pros. The two women in the rental office have nasty attitudes (ESP. KIM) and will threaten to evict you if they do not like your “approach.” I have had several encounters with the neighborhood kids due to them vandalizing my car as well as property. Overall, it was a terrible experience, they need new management. Rent is overpriced for the area. The apartment itself need updated renovations.
I called to inquire about the 1 and 2 bedroom availability. The person over the phone (female) was a tad bit rude and did not have any sense of customer service. Once I asked about the availability she state that the 1 bedrooms were already rented out and that she will have one ready for the later part of August. I then proceeded to ask about the 2 bedroom as they had a special. In a rude and condescending tone she said "As I said those are all rented out and have not received and new notices from current tenants." I ignored her rude tone and asked to schedule a tour of the 1 bedroom. Once again in a rude and condescending tone she said "We don't have any to show, I mean they just moved out. My maintenance guy has to go in", I asked if she had any idea as to when it could be available for showing. She snickered and said "I don't know, I mean they just moved." At this point I was over the fact that she was rude. So I politely said that there was no need to be rude, and thank you for the information and have a good day. I am disappointed at the service level I received as I am in a stressful situation where I need to find a place for me to live in by August 1st. I was excited to tour these apartments. Due to the poor quality of service I received I will not do any business with Cushing Arms.
