The cycle has done a ton to allow me to move in under rushed circumstances, and for that I am incredibly grateful. The property has a ton of amenities, and the staff is friendly!
As long as you don't order a package, or expect cold water out of the tap, it's fine. The staff are friendly enough for the few months they last, but so overworked it's a surprise anything gets done when it actually happens. Otherwise, the complex is very large, so you'll likely never use the amenities that are spread so far apart, and other than the annual inspection you'll likely never be bothered by management. On the plus side, rent is so expensive you'll lose weight quickly.

Being that you have no contact information, makes it incredibly hard to make whatever you are unhappy about right. Being available 6 days a week, our office is open to all resident issues. I encourage you to stop by so we can properly and kindly address your issues.
My brief review of Cycle is that I have had a pleasant and fast move in. The staff at Cycle are nice and helpful. There are a bunch of amenities to have fun with friends and yet when I am in my unit it is quiet and peaceful.

I've enjoyed living at Cycle since summer of 2019. The convenient, safe location of the property, overall aesthetics of the complex, both inside and out, the prompt and thorough service of the maintenance staff, and the well-equipped, clean gym have all served as key factors in keeping me a resident here. In addition to the some concerns I have written above, follow-up of issues discussed at the front desk, as well as the clarity of the resident portal interface could be improved. With that said, regarding concerns, requests, or questions, I do recommend talking directly to the staff at the front desk rather than going through the automated phone process (which can lead to speaking with an off-site representative of Cycle's management entity). Perhaps Cycle can be more explicit on their website in specifying which phone numbers direct you to who. However, overall, I think the friendly staff at Cycle appear to prioritize my time and satisfaction when tending to the issue at hand. Living at Cycle continues to be comfortable and I will likely keep renewing my lease for the time being.

I never had a problem living here up until a few months ago & during our move out process. There seems to be a staffing change that has caused this apartment complex to go downhill very quickly. I’ve been met with nothing but disorganization, forgetfulness, & a lack of response. I left message after message with the apartment and never received a callback. I’m not sure that anyone bothers to check voicemails left. I’m so disappointed in how our move out was handled & would not recommend moving here unless they make a change. It took over way too long to reconcile our move out, not for lack of trying on our part. Disappointed.
After 18 months as a renter, my takeaway is as expressed in the headline. At first, when there were many vacant Cycle apartments, the leasing office went the extra mile to provide amenities to the residents. For a time, they provided free beer in the leasing office. They also hosted regular social events. Yet, as time went on and as the vacant apartments became filled, they scaled back the extent of their 'amenity services'. The people in the front office, now, are totally new faces from 18 months ago. Further, they frequently bad-talk their employer, make up excuses for why things have to be done a certain way, or whatnot... always deferring (negatively) to McWhinney. Cycle will nickle and dime you, every step of the way, with hidden fees. When signing the lease, I was required FIRST to sign, and only THEN was I allowed to see the terms ... The fees associated with utilities are exorbitant, to say the least. The maintenance crew frequently rendered half-complete work, and left messes inside my apartment. They also failed to coordinate a time for service, and just presumptuously showed up one day, uninvited. Cycle frequently notifies residents at the last minute (i.e., the day-of), of contractor work. E.g., they notified me by e-mail, once, mid-nap, that they would be testing fire alarms that day ... and in just a few short minutes, that blaring alarm served as my pre-mature alarm clock. To be sure, there is more to be said regarding Cycle. If you want to find out more, for yourself, sign a lease and enjoy the ride.

I looked for 3 days when we moved to town. I could not find one place that was worth the high rent Fort Collins requires. I toured at Cycle and within 5 minutes knew it would be my last stop. Jesse and the office staff were so incredible and still are. They did not get us to sign our lease and then cut communication like a lot of places do. They are so accommodating and treat you like a neighbor instead of someone who just pays rent. I love the community gatherings we have here and the apartments are gorgeous. Maintenance is so nice and quick. Location is great. Close to everything but tucked away behind the mall. Takes 5 minutes to get to Wal-Mart, 2-3 to USPS, steps from the mall/restaurants, 3-4 mins to TJMaxx/Homegoods and King Soopers, 8 mins to CSU Campus. Definite YES!
