Property Ratings at Cypress Cove Apartment Homes
I highly suggest to not invest your money or time into this apartment complex. They allow other tenants to have pets and not pay the fee or check their unit when you report pets being seen and heard when a office employee has mentioned they do not have pets listed on their lease. If you call the office and complain about constant noise from the unit above you, all she ask is "what do you want me to do about it?" Do not waste your time here, go somewhere where they will respect all their tenants.
The staff here (especially Maggie) has been absolutely amazing! Great place to live!
My daughter and I lived at Cypress Cove for seven years and I can truthfully say it was incredible. The gym, pool, business center, Dog park, the car wash station were all awesome. Our AC went out once on a Sunday when it was in the 90s. They sent a maintenance technician out and had it fixed in less than two hours. I was impressed and cool. The landscaping and flowers are always beautiful. The maintenance guys were always quick to respond even for a light bulb change. Staff was always friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Cypress Cove!
Cypress Cove Apartments was our Home Sweet Home. We loved the security of this area, the gated community, the events held at the pool and the convenience of living in West Mobile. It was close for my work commute to Pascagoula, MS. It was convenient for weekend grocery shopping and in a great school district. I would recommend them as your new/next home. AND the maintenance was hands down best in the land. Every time I sent communication of an issue (and not that often) it was fixed immediately and with expertise.

Brandi is so friendly and accommodating she makes you feel like family not a client. The apartments in Phase 2 have beautiful hard wood floors, large vanities in the bathroom, updated kitchen appliances. The rooms are the largest I’ve seen in an apartment, makes the transition from a house to an apartment much better. You get what you pay for.

I've lived here for almost a year and won't be returning due to roommate complications, but overall I have really enjoyed living here. There has been the occasional issue where my AC will go out, but it has been fixed. My neighbors are super nice and the office has always been accommodating.

I thought all the reviews about how the manager was mean and they don’t care we’re just people who were upset because their maintenance didn’t happen in a day or they didn’t get called back immediately. But I now realize these comments were genuine because when I went two of their office workers told me I needed three times the rent to be qualified for an apartment since me and my fiancé were not married. One of them told me that I was completely approved and then all I had to do was come and pick out my apartment and make the down payment and we were done. But when I got there a lady named Mary Beth told me they must’ve thought that you were married because you need four times the rent. We were told to put in another application. With. Fee. Don’t come here. Please. You will regret it.

This complex used to be the nicest in the area. Now it's becoming unsafe and the new management is very unprofessional. One of the girls in the office yelled at me and the manager did nothing but sit there... I do no recommend

The staffs do not make every effort to help you. They are rude sometimes. This is very annoying particularly when you have troubles. The toilet, sink and bath tub have low-quality materials. You have to clean them very very often to keep them clean. The maintenance team is good though.
I moved to Cypress Cove about two weeks ago and I've already been shocked at what a vast improvement over other apartment complexes this is. The leasing office personnel has been unfailingly kind and happy to help with every situation prior to move in as well as after. We experienced some maintenance issues that needed tending to and had an issue with some noisy neighbors and after visiting the office to talk things over, both issues were handled immediately and I received two follow-up calls from the property manager checking up on us to make sure we were happy with both outcomes. It's always been an experience akin to pulling teeth to get maintenance issues dealt with at previous complexes, so much so that making a call to report an issue made me feel like I was gearing up for a fight. It's a relief to find that the higher price tag does indeed come with the peace of mind that our issues will be dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
The grins are great the apartments them selves are a great size and are good on the sound the office people are great and love to help you if they are able to and if any thing breaks or are not up to the way you want it to be they will do everything to make it rite the pool is great and a great gym
