Property Ratings at Cypress Cove
My building was destroyed during Hurricane Katrina 10 years ago and then rebuilt. It is small enough that most of us tenants know each other, giving us a sense of security. The common areas need to be better maintained. We had a lovely willow tree which was killed and cut down because maintenance couldn't keep up with cleaning up dropped leaves. On the other hand, we have a beautiful courtyard with a fountain and a heated swimming pool, next to a club house with large flat-screen TV, bar, restrooms, table and bar stools. We are perfectly located: on the beach, just a mile from downtown Biloxi. We're very close to many restaurants, casinos, hotels, entertainment options, etc. Management graciously allows pets, which many other buildings in the area do not.
