Property Ratings at Cypress Creek at Jason Avenue
We scheduled an appointment for 2pm, and arrived 15 minutes early, waited until our appointment. My husband called 4 times and I called her once, no answer. As we walked back to our vehicle my husband called one more time and she answered the phone rudely. The lady didn't have her mask but insisted we had ours on before entering, which was cool. I sensed the young lady had some issues, based on her communication skills and her poor treatment towards us. I rate this place a zero. The other places we visited staff were extremely nice, but this lady showed us her true colors. I thank you lady for doing so because you confirmed how sad and miserable of a person you are! Lets face it, apartment life is apartment life. There will be situations above you, and around you at times. The question is when choosing an apartment, What are you really looking for? I know my personal objectives to choosing an apartment. Security is my biggest, I have lived here for coming up 2 years. The security guys(community officers) there will walk through fire if needed. The second is if something breaks how long will it stay broke. I know for a fact if something breaks here it is fixed very quickly, especially if that something is important, such as heating or air conditioning. The other things that are important is friendly management. All issues for me have been resolved with positive outcomes. Plus,these apartments are one of the nicest places I have ever lived when it comes to space and comfort.
