Situated northeast of Nashville and just south of Goodlettsville, Northeast Nashville blends a small-town feel with big-city convenience. This community provides a charming contradiction, juxtaposing early 20th-century architecture with an array of modern, suburban shopping centers.
Although it is easily accessible from Nashville’s vibrant center, Northeast Nashville promises residents a quiet escape from the bustle of city life. In the general area, travelers find pastoral parks, old-world stonework, and an overall friendly atmosphere. Northeast Nashville touts a growing, diverse, and welcoming community, in addition to quick access to Interstate 65, affording many in the community short commute and travel times.

Property Ratings at Cypress Creek Townhomes
The staff could use training in customer relations, the unit need major repairs from the kitchen cabinets that were falling apart, garbage disposal shoots food particles back out into your face and eyes due to the missing/worn rubber drain shield, Management inquire if I lived there when taking trash to dumpster because of the trash and furniture piled up from the high turnover of people leaving. What was the most shocking experience was being told I needed to make an appointment to see Ms Presidential (I want single anybody out but have that right) after stopping by the office and there was not any notice that any staff would be entering the apartment. Additionally I was told they didn't have too. This a fraction of whats to come for those who may have a positive feeling in the meantime but will witness a change for the worse when they decide to move elsewhere. I was told, I saw first hand. The unit condition, Maintenance, Management I give a failing grade.

Thank you for your feedback. We're very concerned by your comments but since these reviews are anonymous we have no way to reach out to you directly to address them. Please send a note to info@sandsprops.com with your name and apartment number and we'll try to resolve some of these issues for you. We have been experiencing an issue with people leaving the furniture at the dumpsters, but the reason for the delay was not turnover, our vendor retired and a new one needed to be hired. We do still require appointments for meeting at the office due to COVID safety measures but you are always welcome to call. We look forward to hearing from you again soon to improve your impression.
So I first got over here and everything was fine until it snowed and I couldn't move my car for 3 days because they did not put salt down and there was no one available to help. When I finally got out and asked about the salt I was told they never put salt down. I also noticed, after I moved in, that my back door had a hole in the bottom of it that they decided to fill with store bags instead of caulk or replacing it. I called maintenance that later told me it happened when the door was kicked in. PLEASE NOTE: These apartments have a lease that sign away your TN Tenant rights. Meaning if you don't pay a month or your check is returned they will start the eviction process without notification of payment denial.
I live at this complex and I would give this complex a good review overall. There is a new owner and alot of changes are going on. There are nets on the basketball hoops so the children can play. The playground is gone but they are about to put a new one in. The pool has been very enjoyable this year. There are a few things that need improvement. Children roam around at all hours unsupervised but I see this more as a parental problem and not a problem due to the apartment management. It would be great if the aparment would enforce a curfew rule for unsupervised minors. There have been big improvements since the new owner bought the complex and I am very happy here. My sons have lots of friends and I have wonderful neighbors. The staff will work with you but if you come in disrespectful they will handle you likewise which I think is fair. Please don't believe rumors about this apartment comppex and the negativity. It is really safe. I am a single mom and I never felt unsafe even when I check the mail at night. If you are unsure come visit and see for yourself.
I wouldn't let my dog live here.run for the hills!!,this place is not for anyone. Check other properties in the area
I lived in this apartment for 6 months. 3 months into my lease they would not preform any maintenance on my apartment. I lived there for 3 months without hot water. I could not give my one year old a bath at home. I was told by many people I need my bathroom floors replaced that they were unsafe and they never fixed them. I had to de deal with my vents in the ceiling falling out. I had mold anywhere there was water. My toilets in both bathrooms were never set in place they moved around and hit the walls. The lady in the front office is rude and hateful. We were late on rent one time by two days. They are not professional or helpful in any manner. There was two shooting while we lived there. There is constantly kids beating at your door thinking its funny. Parents don't watch there kids and they hit your cars with there toys and bikes and nothing is ever said. they have a pool but we never got to use because kids were throwing rocks at the pool, people, and the maintenance crew so they closed it after it being open a week. DO NOT LIVE HERE
I enjoy being at this apartment complex for several reasons: 1. Management is very concerned and cautious about the tenants of the apartment and if she knows someone is putting the lives of the tenants in jeopardy, she will make sure that person or people are removed. 2. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and relaxing 3. The neighbors are very friendly
This apartment complex is very relaxing and quiet. The neighbors are nice and management and maintenance and very professional and helpful.
