Biloxi’s long history as a Gulf Coast resort community has earned it the nickname “The Playground of the South,” and you’ll find that that nickname is still quite accurate. In addition to the sugar-white beaches, the local gaming industry attracts folks from all across the South, and locals get to take advantage of the stellar entertainment lineups at the numerous casinos in town.
Seafood lovers will be in heaven, as the local shrimping and fishing industries deliver fresh catches daily to dozens of Biloxi restaurants. The city offers direct access to beautiful white sand beaches, and it’s not hard to find surprisingly affordable condos overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. As home to Keesler Air Force Base, Biloxi supports a large population of armed service personnel and civilian military employees, and it’s quite common to spot C-130 variants in the air from time to time.

Property Ratings at Cypress Lake Apartments
I am very disappointed in this apartment complex. The location is pretty good. The price is to high for the quality of the apartment. I have lived here for a year and the appliances are old. My fridge went out while I was out of town in June. And my electricity has gone out for the about three nights. After the second time you would have thought they would have called an electrician. However, that wasn't the case they allowed it to happen again. After being here a year and raising my rent I am strongly thinking that this place isn't worth it.
Cypress lake is no doubt the best apartment I lived in. From day one Amber and Courtney have been so helpful. They are so nice and make you feel at home. No complaints ! And my wife and I have lived her for almost a year!
We have lived at Cypress Lake Apartments for three months now and we are glad we chose this property. Amber and Courtney in the office were very helpful and pleasant to deal with while making our transition from Florida to Biloxi. We had an issue with our air conditioning recently, called the office and within 15 minutes we had a new thermostat installed. A few days later while outside the maintenance man that installed the new thermostat asked if it was working ok. We are pleased with the nighttime lighting around the lakeside walking trail, where we feel safe walking our dog at night. We also like the location of the property and the surrounding area.
The office staff there is super friendly and polite! My best friend lives there and she loves it!
I have lived at Cypress Lake now for over a year. It is the best managed apartments I have ever live at and I am retired. Everything from the office to maintenance and property grounds is exceptional. I love sitting on my balcony drinking coffee and looking out over the lake and pool areas. I believe this is a very wise choice for anyone looking for a great place to live with management that goes to the max to make this the best in this area. I don't even need to mention that the location is excellent!

Thank you for your kind words and being a part of our community!!!!!
I've been living here for a while and I can't say enough good things about the whole staff. Any time we have any maintenance issues or any concerns, they are always dealt with promptly. The newer office staff are all so sweet. We've noticed a huge difference over the last year of being here just with response times for maintenance alone! (The former staff members were also very sweet, but didn't usually seem like they wanted to be there. None of them are there anymore, though.) The new property manager has a quick wit and seems genuinely interested in the property as a whole. She's been an absolute pleasure so far. We've also noticed that the grounds are better kept than ever and that most of the "problem" kids seem to be gone. Couldn't be happier with the changes over the last year here. THANK YOU, CYPRESS LAKE!!!! Cons: not enough dog waste stations (watch where you step), no dog park (would like a large spot so my dogs can run around off-leash), gate occasionally isn't operable, kids are constantly in the fitness center after the office closes hanging all over the equipment which is fairly annoying Other than those minor issues - this place is awesome. Do yourself a favor and rent here because you'll love it.

Thank you for your kind words and being a part of our community!!!!!
Friendly staff. Very helpful. Apartment has a nice open floor plan with laundry room and outside storage closet. Maintence responds quickly when needed. Neighbors are friendly and mostly keep to themselves. Pool, tennis court and volleyball on premises. Only issue I've had is the master bedroom doesn't cool very well. Maintenance looked at it and says the AC is fine. It's not unbearable but would be nice if it were cooler. Other neighbors say their master bedroom is the same way.
We are new residents and couldn't be happier! I love the lay out, the location and the way I feel coming home at the end of a day. The other residents are friendly and seem courteous. I feel perfectly safe walking the dog at any hour day or night. The manager is very professional and seems to care about her property and residents. A bit of a tight squeeze with parking but that's almost to be expected. The property could use another dumpster or 2 though. They fill up quick and are a bit of a walk for some of us. The only issue I really have though is the lack of "doggy stations" there are only two and they are not very handy for the majority. But over all a great place and the I guess that's what really counts. Great apartment, Great Price, Great Location!
