I love living bere
Everything about living here is amazing. Maintenance was super fast and reliable. It is a quiet area and there was no trouble at all. It’s right smack in the middle of everything, so covington, madisonville, and the lakefront area were all so close! I’d highly recommend this place to EVERYONE!!!

Safe and Comfortable
We moved here from the southshore, and I feel right at home here. It is the nicest place. I have never felt more safe and comfortable as I do here. The ladies in the office are the nicest too. Very pleased.

Definitely found my new home
Walked into Cypress Lake looking for a place to call home. New to the Northshore and it was my 4th stop of the day. I met Stacy in the office and she made me feel like i already lived there. She answered all of my questions and even recommended by best grocery options in the area. I'm sold!

Well Kept and Looking Nice
I have lived in Mandeville my entire life and pass these apartments on a daily basis. I have also had a couple friends live here over the years. They are very well kept and are looking so nice. Kudos to the owners and management for doing such a great job. Too many other places in the area that have been run down over time. This just shows that it doesn’t matter the age, as long as it is taken care of properly.

Fantastic!
Ideal place to stay in the Mandeville area! The location can’t be beat, it’s close to everything. The grounds are lush and manicured and the units are exquisitely maintained. The residents and staff are no really friendly too!

Perfect Place!
Really nice place! The grounds and buildings are kept up really well, and there is a beautiful pool area perfect for a warm summer day! The staff is also very friendly and welcoming. Best complex on the Northshore!

I have lived here for many years, and I have nothing but good things to say about this community and the workers. They are very sincere, and the company is genuine. I will say that there are policies in place, but all apartments that I have lived at have these. As long as you respect the rules, you will have nothing to complain about here. It’s a great place to call home.

Peaceful place to call home
Recently visited the property and was very impressed. The grounds are immaculate, so clean and vibrant green landscaping. The property has a peaceful feel and is very quiet. The apartments are very cute with a great layout. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I have visited Cypress Lake many times. My brother lived there. It is a nice place to live. The grounds are beautiful and the office staff is very nice. I would recommend Cypress Lake to anyone looking for an apartment home.

Great for family gatherings
We have had a few family events at the club house at cypress lakes and it was wonderful. The facilities were very clean and decorated nicely and the outdoor areas were well maintained. We had an Easter gathering at my cousins apartment there and the apartment looked like it was well taken care of. Overall cypress lakes would be an awesome place to live or have a family event like a baby shower or birthday party

Love the upgrades!!
Cypress Lake has really stepped it up! I’ve been here awhile and they’ve talked about upgrades here and there but they really knocked it out of the park. The colors they chose for the buildings is super modern and I love that it matches the new pool furniture. I’m excited to see what’s to come!

This has been a great place to live, and working from home has been enjoyable (since I am now working remotely due to Covid). The maintenance men are always quick to take care of any small issues I notice. The ladies in the office are always nice and smiling. Recommend 10/10

Well maintained
We have visited this apartment complex multiple times. I have been extremely impressed with the grounds and amenities each time. The club house is kept extremely clean with a welcoming atmosphere. The grounds are well maintained. You can tell the care and time the staff takes in maintaining the complex.

Great place to live
I visited here a lot my brother lived here and the grounds were always really kept up and anytime he had a maintenance issue it was fixed very quickly. The staff were very considerate and easy to talk to. The atmosphere is very quiet and calm -Hannah laiche

Cute little place to call home.
Cute little place to call home.. I lived at Cypress Lake several years back but just recently visited again with a friend whose looking to relocate to Mandeville. It looks like they ae doing some exterior renovations and I loved the color scheme they are going with. Blue is my favorite color! I saw a few new faces in the office from when I was there before but they were super sweet and helpful.

Great, clean complex
03/24/2021 I’ve attended several family functions at Cypress lakes and have also visited family members that lived there! The grounds are well kept, and the pool is always sparkling clean! The club house is clean and well kept, great for a bridal/baby shower! Any time that I have came in contact with the office staff, they have been so friendly and professional! Very nice complex, clean and quiet !

I love it here
I personally live here and I love it ive been here for going on 3 years. The property is beautiful and we'll kept up with. The staff is AMAZING and very attentive to whatever you need. I would recommend this place. Its such a great place to live!!!

Very nice apartments
I visit Cypress Lake apartments often due to friends living there. The grounds are always maintained with beautiful flowers. It’s conveniently located near the Causeway but quiet and homey. The staff is always professional and personable. Great place.

Great place to live + host
I've never personally lived here but my family members have and this is such a lovely place to live. The pool + club house are wonderful and such a great place to host family gatherings. If I needed a place to live I'd definitely look here :)

Nice and Quiet
My granddaughter had a home at Cypress Lake for several years before she recently made the leap and purchased a house. It is such a wonderful place, always nice and quiet and very close to everything in Mandeville. My wife and I visited often, and it gave us a sense of security knowing that this community feels so safe and their office personnel were very diligent. I have recommended it to many of our friends and their children/grandchildren.

Beautiful grounds and Lovely Staff!
I have family who live here, so I visit pretty often. Before COVID-19, we used to have many family gatherings, birthday parties, and baby showers in the gathering area near the front office. The grounds and well maintained and the amenities are very nice (pool looks so fun!). Everything is always very clean and welcoming. Looking forward to more family gatherings in the future!

I toured Cypress Lake a few times with friends who are looking for their first apartment. The grounds were nice and the staff made us feel like home. Covid restrictions suck right now but we were able to get in and felt safe.

The Staff is Amazing!!!
It’s a quiet community in the perfect location. Before Covid they would host annual gatherings for the residents. There would be food and drinks for everyone and they even raffle off prizes. Last year they had inflatables for the kids and the year before they had Just Chillin come out to serve us free snowballs. I’ve lived in other apartment complexes but none of them ever did anything like that for their residents.

A happy visitor!
I have had many opportunities to visit Cypress Lake and have always had a wonderful experience there. The facilities are well maintained and inviting and the staff is extremely friendly and professional. The grounds are well kept and very welcoming and the location is very convenient. I am sure this is a great place to live. Michelle Junot

Beautiful Place to Live
Two of my daughters lived at this apartment community and absolutely loved it. My husband and I visited often. The courtyards were always neatly trimmed and very clean. We also enjoyed the grilling pavilion for some of our Sunday dinners with them. Highly recommend this community!

Positive Experience
I'm currently living in Mississippi but looking to relocate to Mandeville in the spring. I called around to many communities to get information regarding pricing and availability. I had a great experience with the staff at most places but I felt really comfortable speaking to the young lady at Cypress Lake. The conversation just flowed really well and by the time we were done, she was suggesting great places to eat in the area and markets to visit when I come down. This young lady was from Mississippi as well and you could really tell with her accent! I'm eager to meet the staff in person within the next few weeks.
