It took me almost 7 weeks to get what was left of my deposit. I moved into an apt. With mold, orange rusty water etc., and cleaned for a year. Even put in my own weather striping because I could see out the front door without opening it. The apt. was left spotless, and they charged me $80.00 for cleaning. I had a walkthrough with the manager, and now they are saying I didn't show up for the walkthrough. I would like to hear from other people that were taken in by them. I think they take a bad review down before it can be seen.
