It’s ok here a lot of things that has to get fixed tho like there a leak in the roof and a bad smell was coming threw the vent but other then that it’s a nice place

moved from another community that was terrible at cypress they take care of your issues with your apartment and the office staff is friendly and helpful all the time

very quiet and peaceful the office is super friendly and fast and efficient i would recommend living here super kept up with landscape would recommend

Have had a great experience thus far. Staff is very friendly and helpful (even on days off, maintenance still helps me when trouble arises). Location is safe and convenient to many stores as well as the university. I love how our mailboxes are in little gazebos and the amenities are very nice.

We love it here at Cypress Pointe the people are great in the office and as neighbors. The place is kept clean and well lit. Have been here a year and a half love the pool and workout equipment. And being so close to everything locally.

It’s been really great! The staff is really helpful and tries to get back to you in a timely manner. The events that the apartment is able to have are fun.

All my needs have been met and in a timely manner! the maintenance is super helpful as well as the office staff. The amenities are great and kept up with well!!

Great location. I love how quickly maintenance gets things fixed when a complaint gets put in. Also the the neighbors are really nice and everyone seems chill.

First Kaitlyn is back from maternity leave.... Congrats on the baby girl and we missed you. I may sound like this is all I experience but our management team lead by Doris and our Maintenace team lead by Ken are irreplaceable to our community. What I also love and have never seen this in all my times living in apartments, but they offer snacks, water, soda and coffee. Pretty amazing. Thank you to our staff for all they do.

Overall, it seems like a nice community, but there have been some issues upon moving in. Mainly, the toilet is leaking and having issues flushing. Also, the ice maker doesn’t work. Furthermore, a package that was delivered to my front door was gone by the time I arrived, and unfortunately the leasing office wasn’t able to provide any support or guidance. I’m hoping most of these problems are temporary. It would be nice to receive a credit to my account for all the trouble, which I think is a reasonable request.

Very nice community. Pool is fantastic. Neighbors are kind and friendly. Love that this is a pet friendly community. So far we have been very happy and have been welcomed by the community. Nice place to stay.

I enjoy living here very much but the only thing i have yet to get use to is the amount of bugs I encounter. Its a lot honestly but thats really the only downside.

Great staff and GREAT maintenance people.! Always address our request or issues when needed, have fun get togethers at the pool and offer free snack and food! Nice amenities and neighbors so far as well. Been living here for a few months now. Apartment is nice, few issues here and there but again, always addressed. (:

It is a great place with efficient staff! I like the timely manner in which the maintenance team responds to calls for maintenance. Cypress is a convenient place, close to the shops and UNCW!

Very caring & professional staff. Gr8 maintence crew. Grounds are kept very nice & manicured. Gr8 nieghbors and a peaceful place to live. Pool is well kept & clean. Nice pool furniture and 2 new grills to cook on. Has a clean and very useful workout room open 24/7. Laundry facilities. Lockers for your larger packages ordered w prompt notifications sent to your email for pickup. A gr8 location. 5 miles from Wrightsville beach, 5miles from downtown and only a few blocks from all your shopping needs and many food and resturant locations. UNCW only a few blocks away if you want to catch a sporting event or other things that are offered throughout the yr. there.

I absolutely love living here… this is the most enjoyable living place I have ever experienced in all my years … thank you so much for helping us get in our apartment

my residency here has been amazing the office is fast and friendly maintence is super friends the neighborhood is very quiet overall 10/10 experience

I have had a really good experience so far. Staff is super helpful and work fast when ever something needs to be fixed or pest problems. I have no complaints.

I have been a resident at Cypress Pointe Apartments for a little over a year now. I haven't had any issues so far. The office personnel are all friendly and very knowledgeable with any questions that I have had and the maintenance staff are all so very nice and helpful with anything.

I just moved in and I love it, so far everything is going great, the office staff and maintenance team are great very polite, everything is just wonderful

Very friendly staff & nieghbors. Gr8 maintence team. Love the pizza nights. Pool area is Gr8! Being at the end of cul de sac is also a plus. Not alot of traffic & very peaceful & calm at nights.

Very clean and quiet community Landscape always kept up. Pool is very well maintained. Our clubhouses is very cozy and friendly, treats always on hand. Dolores is very helpful and professional.

Love living here! Great location, have events often, mostly quiet neighbors, and central to Wilmington. Most things are in walking distance and there are nice magnolias to look at while walking through the complex.

We have the BEST office staff ever. The communication to keep us informed. From the pool repair to when the pool was open. The front office is making strides to our community to enhance it even more. The power washing our buildings and patios to installing new windows and trash issues. What I really admire is the community get togethers. The pizza party, the donut and coffee get togethers to the hot dog and burger parties. These show our staff isn't just about regular front offices that only care if your rent is on time. The get together they plan offer the residents to gather and meet each other. Our office staff is the best and really care not just about the property but care about its residents.

So far I very much so enjoyed living in Cypress Pointe Apartments! I love the fact that my neighbors are friendly, I also really love how my apartment is in the corner kind of as a stand alone.

from the moment i saw this place i knew it was gonna be my home. i love the park like setting, the gym is awesome with up to date equipment. pizza parties let you meet the new neighbors

I absolutely love it here! The staff is wonderful and worked hard to make my move as seamless as possible! My apartment has an open, but very cozy feel to it... It's perfect for me! The community and amenities are all very useful and well maintained. Also, the location is amazing! There's plenty of shopping options for all of your needs and wants. My resident experience had been really good! I’ve enjoyed living here for the past four years. Management has been super helpful with all of my questions and maintenance has been fast.

It's been a great experience living here! Apartments are clean, maintenance is great, and I have not had a bad experience. There are noise issues sometimes, but other than that I have been pleased living here!

I love living at this apartment!! I tell those in need of a recommendation for apartments that this is the best you can find around here, truly. Maintenance crew and leasing agents are nice and sociable, the events they host are cool, and the location is central to Wilmington. Also, their amenities are always up to the best standard! Me and my boyfriend use the grills at the pool, and always have a great time out there hanging out with friends.

I love living here! It’s quiet and calm, and everybody pretty much keeps to themselves. It’s a really nice little community. And the get-togethers and donuts are awesome!

I've had a great experience living here! The management has been informative, maintenance has been responsive, and me and my roommate have the perfect amount of space for us both!

I was sick last week and had a floor repair to be done. The office staff jumped on it to reschedule it to this Monday. The outsourcing to this floor company was beyond excellent. The company was very very courteous and were very precise. The vinyl did not match my eyes couldn't see a difference, but they did. They went to get an exact match and replaced the areas that needed replacing. Today I got a follow up question from Ken head of maint. and sang their praises. So, thank you to our spectacular front staff and out maint. team.

We’ve had some minor maintenance issues due to the apartment being so old. Definitely isn’t worth the amount of rent. But it’s that or be homeless. But I will say, they’re on top of things. Very quick and very nice staff!

Management has always been super helpful when problems have arisen. The community is well taken care of weekly and kept clean.they also have great community events.

Weekly landscaping, monthly pest control to keep the critters out, and super awesome friendly staff, as well as the maintenance team. I have lived here for 3 years worry free. Quiet & safe.

It's been quite a ride since Moving here in July. The staff is Incredible, very knowledgeable, and friendly. I enjoy being able to get coffee or use the computer in the clubhouse if needed, and the workout equipment is excellent. Overall, it is great experience and is close to essential shopping areas as well.

Safest place to live in Wilmington, NC. Very secluded and there’s not any places I’d deem safer and more affordable. My favorite place I’ve lived in Wilmington so far!
