I have been residing with Dakota 55th for 16 years. And I can tell you that the current management is amazing. Things are completed ASAP and Chris is very easy to talk to.
Recently the property came under new management/owner and they have busted their butts off cleaning and improving the property. The office manager and maintenance man work hard to answer and fix any issues people have. I've lived here for almost 11 years and Im proud to live here now. They have updated many of the apartments and the people who hav ebeen moving in are very friendly.
The property manager Chris, Randy and Alex in maintenance are amazing people. They're always willing to help. Very friendly and easy to talk with. Thanks! Keep being awesome!!

When the new management took over it has been more than excellent. Chris. Randy and Alex are exceptional. They have done more here since July than Metroplains did the entire time they owned it. places are not worth the money you pay water comes in house when it rains.when you door is close you can see outside though the big gap.and mentroplains always sends out letters claiming you didnt pay rent. and then thay put late fee on your rent do not rent from here
