Complex works with a towing company that poaches and tows vehicles without any warnings. Promises to fix the pool and pools have been empty for almost a year and manager tells you it's not in your rental agreement. Several people are moving out due to lack of maintaining the property. Kids can't play outside because they may step in dog poop due to tenants do not clean up after their pets and management does nothing about it. They fired the maintenance man who would clean up after the tenants' pets for no reason at all

We assure you that the tow company only tows when a vehicle is parked in an unauthorized space, such as a red curb or blocking a garage. In regards to the pools, unfortunately some repairs take longer than others and are outside of our control. We want our community to be a welcoming and enjoyable environment for everyone, so please let us know anytime you see something that needs to be addressed on the grounds.
This apartment complex is terrible. Space is extremely limited and they work with a towing company that poaches on the location. Even if you are moving things from the apartment or leave your car for 5 minutes, they allow the towing company to just come in to tow your car. Towing comes regularly on holidays, weekends, day time, night time. That is 350$ -400$ for getting your car out of the towing company. There are only 9 non-handicap spaces at the complex. The rest of the parking are run down parking garages you are required to pay monthly. In side the apartment is not great as well, small cramped. Some Neighbors are extremely aggressive and rude. The laundry section closes at 9 or 10pm and the machines do not work well. My clothes are always left wet even after 2 dry cycles and still smell after the wash. The front office also places huge stickers on the front windsheild on cars who park in the first 4 slots, claiming it is for office use only. The stickers are difficult to remove and often leave residue left over. You need to take it to a professional shop to remove completely. Exiting the apartment complex is a hassle. Due to the limited number of parking spaces, only 9 available, most people park on the street where it obstructs the view of incoming cars that pass by on the street. Generally, management is slow and not very helpful. Overall, it is extremely unpleasant. Highly DO NOT recommend.
Ive been living here for a little over a year now , spacious apartment for my little family 2 beds , 2 baths . Nitza and Erin are the lovely ladies in the leasing office since iv been here they've been nothing but wonderful anything that needs to be fixed there on it to make it happen as well with any issues i might have. Everyone who lives here are friendly cant complain . Nice place to call home.
My experience at these apartments was great my only reason for moving was work. But overall it was cozy but spacious the neighbors were so friendly, we had a playground right in front of us for the kids and the pool as well. I recommend these for anyone looking for somewhere to call your cozy home.
Mr. Rod Just started a few months ago but has been very help with all and any maintenance problem. He has been very prompt and works quickly Ms. Alba is hands down one of the hardest working people on the whole property. She is always looking to clean something even if there is nothing to clean Leasing office 5 stars. The ladies in the office are always willing to help you and go above and beyond the call of duties. Dakota Creek is a wonderful place to live. I have been there for a few years now and the only complaint I have about the place is the parking. The parking challenging but other then that it is a joy to live in Dakota Creek.

While my husband and I were apartment hunting we came across Dakota Creek. When we walked into the office we were automatically greeted and felt very welcomed. Once we saw the apartment we fell in love and moved in right away. We are very satisfied with the way the community is kept up and is kid friendly. Office staff is always very helpful and on top of any needs we may have.
I have been living here at the Upland property more than 10 plus years; same amount of time as custodian David has worked here. I represent most of the residents when I say, “We are devastated that they are moving and replacing David.” He has integrity, is a hard worker and a trusted friend. He takes care of not only me…but EVERYBODY. My next-door neighbor and his family, who likewise has been here 10 or more years joins me, as do many others in this community, when I say ‘We will miss David. Apt looks good at first. Then slowly you will see the AC non functioning most of the time, mainteance man will mickey mouse repairs. Then buy sneakers to walk a mile to park your spouses car. Then buy a trash bag to pick up all the trash all around you. Nast dirty playground equipment, and of course bad mgmt.
Nothing but lies. Roaches, poor management,amenities that are not up to date. These apartments are trash literally and im not talking about the trashyou will see walking around the apartments. The leasing office staff is rude and uncaring all they want is your money. You will be dissapointed with the rigged amenities that only work for the time being but eventually give out. Also apartments are infested with roaches .
My apartment is cozy. I have central air, 2 bed and 2 bathroom. 2 pools 2 spas laundry room and patio. My oasis
The management has been trying to improve the complex; however, mostly facial things, not the things that I feel need the most work. There are holes all throughout the upstairs walkways. They patch them up sometimes but most of the time they just put a board and cone over them and they stay this way for years. The laundry room is not always unlocked when it is supposed to be so people stand out there for a long time waiting, and hoping someone will come open them. They say there is security and towing but cars sit in the resident parking spots for weeks or months and nothing is done to them. Some of the office staff are nice, some could use some training on customer service. My goal is to move out of here next year. I've had enough of this place.
