Dakota Estates

I have lived in Dakota Estates III ever since they opened in May 2023 and have loved living here. The property is alway kept clean inside and out. The staffing is great: maintenance, property manager, leasing manager, well as custodial crew. Everyone is just so friendly. Another perk of this building are the extremely spacious garages. I have one and can easily fit my standard size SUV and with plenty of room for storage. Just recently there were volleyball and pickleball courts that were added to the property for the residence to enjoy. I can’t wait to use these additions in the summertime. Overall if you want a clean, safe, family-oriented community, Dakota Estates is the place to be.

I’m so glad that I can live with my little fur baby as other apartments in town don’t allow pets. Everyone is mostly good with picking up after their pets as well.

I have lived in both D2 and D3! I have enjoyed both buildings! They are kept very clean and everyone has always been so helpful! Our leasing manager, building manager, and our maintenance team here always go above and beyond to help us in anyway! If you are looking for amazing apartments, Dakota Estates are the way to go!

I have loved the Dakota Estates apartments! They are clean, well maintained and new! I have had no issues with anything and they are very affordable. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment!

The aparments are very clean and new! They have good floor plans, and the community they are building is great! The workout rooms are clean and have good equipment. In unit laundry makes these apartments very appealing as well!

Been living here for a year and I highly recommend it. It’s clean, nice, and maintenance is quick and friends. They also allow animals to live here which is very rare for apartments! It’s a secure building also so that makes me feel safe!

My experience here has been great! Quiet, peaceful residence with great management. They are quick to respond and maintenance is very helpful!

Cheap rooms, pleasent staff, clean common areas. My first apartment and I'm not in a hurry to move out.

This is a nice place & I haven't had a problem yet. Matanence has dealt with the few small issues I have had promptly and management has been responsive. The apartment was clean when I arrived. I would consider the atmosphere to be fairly quiet. I believe most residents are professionals who go about their business.

When looking for an apartment, it was an easy choice to pick Dakota Estates! They were super helpful in answering all my questions and the moving process was stress free. The buildings are quiet and great.

Amazing place to live! We live that it’s pet friendly and there’s a dog park! As well as many sidewalks and lots of room outside to run around. Amazing landlords and maintenance that get to you in a timely manor. Very clean and very well kept amenities.

Apartments are spacious! Property manager and maintenance are attentive and friendly. If we have a concern, it is taken care of promptly. We also really like the keyless entry to our apartment! Even though we don't have a pet, it's nice to know that Dakota Estates is pet friendly, should we ever want to get a pet! Lots of amenities for the tenants is another bonus!

I’ve lived here a few months now and the management team has made it so easy for transitioning into the move. They are very fast at responding! And having a secured building gives me peace of mind.

I have been here almost a year already, time has gone by fast & have experienced all the seasons here! Friendly staff with the change in management, have made lots of nice changes! Loved the complex get together with the cookout, hope they do more!

I lived here a few years ago and moved away to a house but life is changing and we are moving back because we loved it! The property managers are always easy to get ahold of and responsive, the apartment is up to date and includes a washer and dryer. I like that the only bills are rent and electric since Internet is included. They are the best apartments in Aberdeen by far!

I love how clean and secure the building is. I also love how quick they are to respond if you have a question or concern. The location is wonderful too. Couldn't recommend living here enough!

This place is always kept very clean and is very safe. I have never had any issues and everyone is very quiet.

I’ve put up with some really bad landlords and rude people in my time renting, but these people aren’t like that. They do their best to work with you and give you precise information. Of course, we are all human and that won’t be perfect, but they all try to do their best for you. They are always there to answer questions and they go out of their way to show their appreciation for their tenants. They don’t treat you poorly because you’re a tenant and I’ve found that they are always willing to help however they can. The apartments themselves are a little worse for wear, but overall the people you work with during your leasing and the other people who live there are all great. I also love that they have a common room! Plus, the room was actually cleaned like they claimed it would be when I moved in…any places will tell you that they will and then they don’t.

I’ve lived in Dakota Estates II since 2018, and I’m very happy with my living situations. The padlock access and personal mag strip lock is one of the best parts. There’s even a coffee station downstairs and really cute workout rooms! If you move in be prepared to meet Sassy, she’s the adorable little pink vested senior doggo of the building and unofficial mascot.

I’ve lived here for two years now and am very happy with the apartment! The management is friendly and if you have any problems with anything they are quick to help get it fixed!

The amenities are nice. Pet friendly. The apartments are large. Nice appliances. The staff is friendly. And they seem to try to interact with their residents!!!!

I moved into the estates again in July, and they were super helpful as far as answering my questions, if I had any comment or concerns about anything. They made the move in process very easy for me. I would definitely recommend the estates to friends.

I have lived in these apartments for 2 years now and I can’t complain. It’s very quiet, clean and nice management. I have never had any issues with other tenants or management!

I have lived here almost 8 years and have no complaints. Building is always clean and welcoming. The building is quiet with secure keypad entry.

I really enjoyed my experience living here but at the end, they came up with a bunch of fees for an apartment I cleaned spotless. I offered to send pictures to the landlord but he refused. He also would not provide me pictures of the items that supposedly needed to be cleaned. It’s sad they do this to good tenants

I have lived in Dakota Estates 1 & 2 for the past three years since moving to Aberdeen. Mike and Kathy are the onsite managers who handle immediate maintenance concerns and maintain the upkeep. They are amazing!! They manage everything quickly and efficiently and they are so friendly. The apartments themselves are fine, some stuff is cheap but Kathy and Mike are a gem.

Super nice and modern, quiet surrounding neighborhoods, very safe!

Great apartment. Mike and Kathy are always very helpful and they are on top of things that need to be fixed or replaced. Grass is always maintained and clean without any trash laying around. Fairly cheap to live here but some of the things in the apartment seem to be made cheap and not very sturdy.

Love the fact it’s outside of town where there is no trains.. Mike and Kathy are the greatest staff as well!

After looking for apartments when I first moved into Aberdeen, Dakota Estates were the only ones that allowed me to look at the apartments same day I called and two or three days later, I was already moving in. They have the best apartments in my opinion and nobody compares to the kind of service you get when you live there. Mike and Kathy make you feel right at home from the very first day. Although I had to move after a while because at the time they did not allowed dogs, now that they are doing a second set of apartments and allowing little pets, I am DEFINITELY MOVING BACK without a doubt! Great green area and the apartment is super spacious and comfortable. I have nothing bad to say about them and I am super happy that I get to be back so soon. :) #CantWait
