Property Ratings at Daleville Town Center I
Overpriced tiny hot box apartments. My AC has stopped working for the 2nd time in my first 3 months here. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere that’s actually nice.

I moved in about 3 months ago, the location is great because I can walk to everything, I enjoy the fitness center and the Savannah and Dolly in the office were great and made the move in process so easy!

We are happy to hear of your wonderful experience. We care deeply about our residents and seek to provide the highest quality customer service. Thank you for this spectacular review. - Dolly White, Community Director
My review is like most. The apartments are nice but the rude management (especially Dolly) make living here unappealing. You can email and call about questions and will never get a response and they are never in th office. We were repeatedly told to show up for showings of our apartment only to be told it wasn’t ready and to come back again (wasn’t ready that time either). The only complaints about the grounds we’ve had is the halls (mail areas) could use more frequent cleaning as they often smell of wet dog and the grill area needed a new grill. The pool area also has no exit without a key which, to me, is a safety hazard Should the area need to be evacuated quickly.

Management has poor communication to tenants regarding building maintenance, Dolly is rude whenever you have an issue, matter of fact, no one in the office is helpful. These apartments are over priced and not worth the investment.

My family and I can’t wait to move out when our contract ends. This place has the potential to be nice but the main office manager is running it into the ground. Not one but two doors to our building are unlocked. Anyone can walk in there. I’ve talked to several neighbors who have complained yet nothing has been done. My wife and I have unsubscribed from the community emails. They are always threatening and negative. If you have a question about your monthly bill do not ask the office manager. She will rudely tell you to wait until the 1st. Overall our entire experience has been terrible.

Management is unprofessional and rude. During the application process, I consistently had to send follow up emails to find out what was happening and what the next steps were. Terrible communication and pathetic customer service.

The management is god-awful and do not pay attention to my needs, and apparently other tenants while I was there! They basically chased me off, and I suppose they still do that now. Management also doesn't seem to care about cleanliness or hygiene either because there's always trash left around in the main building. I can't believe this, I just couldn't live there. The pool is also disgusting and never cleaned, so if you were looking forward to that, I'm sorry. The internet provided is also garbage, trust me. The area is also too rural for me, so I moved elsewhere so that I didn't feel absolutely detached from society. If you're looking for a place to live, this is not the place.
Lived here for a year. The management was inattentive and communicate poorly. Charged huge amounts after lease was over...even charged to put the electric back in their name! (We already did it) I once saw a bottle cap in the stairwell, almost picked it up but as a test left it - it was there for months! Rent somewhere else!
Unfortunately, the newness of the apartments faded quickly under poor management. The building I lived in was not kept clean, with the lobby and elevator reeking of stale cigarette smoke and the stairwell not being cleaned the entire time I lived there. The amenities look better on paper than they were in reality. DTC offers trash pick up the tenant pays for, however, emails are sent out frequently threatening tenants they will be charged a $50 penalty fee if they leave their receptacle out for more than the two hour window. How many people are available to monitor their trash being picked up? Also, the gym equipment is poorly maintained. The gym offers TVs built in on the equipment as well as mounted--however, they displayed only static for the majority of the time I lived there. The cable and wifi is frequently out of service in the apartments as well. Even the pool was shut down right after opening it for the summer for maintenance. I could go on and on--the point is that this property is in a beautiful setting and has a lot of potential, but I would not recommend leasing there while it is under the current management.
I loves these apartments. They aren't too far from the downtown area, yet they are far away enough to give you the privacy and distance you need from the hustle and bustle of the city. You also have amazing, breathtaking views of the mountains here. These are simply the way to go.
