Hi, your review about Dalian Monterrey Village Apartments made our day! Thanks so much for taking the time to write.
Wasp nests galore. When brought to the staff’s attention nothing is ever done about it, they simply brush it off to their joke of a “pest control” that you in fact are required to pay for. You will constantly receive passive aggressive emails on when rent is due despite always paying them on time or emails over cars on property being towed despite having all of your records. Maintenance is decent and friendly but it does take them 48hrs to respond to your needs. Management is raising prices on rent with no upgrades at all (the installation of new roofing was a necessity, not an upgrade). No one in the office is empathetic or understanding when it comes to accommodating timely manners: A lot of us have jobs that are 9-5 weekdays only, so it’s hard to get anything done during the week when unfortunately schedules don’t align and no one accommodating to that.

It's very quiet here and maintenance gets everything done so quickly, no matter how big or small it is. The gate not working most times can be frustrating a bit. My bf did have a car part stolen a couple months ago.

Good apartments, although troublesome to find parking at times, otherwise a pretty good apartment for the price. It can be noisy at times as well, you can hear the cars from the highway and also careless neighbors revving their engines late at night.

This is a great place to live. Rent can be alittle high for my studio given my unit faces the main road which can be alittle loud when car pass by. Community is clean. Some machines at the gym could use some fixing/replacement. Gates are always braking down. Pool is nice and always clean.

We have been here going on 4-5 years and there's been shootings, a few robberies, and they seem to just allow anyone to live here. During the summer we hardly go to the pool because it's overcrowded by people who don't live here. They try to have apartment events here, but they're unsuccessful. Can't wait to get out of here.

I have lived in this apartment for over 8 months, and we have experienced multiple leaks that have caused damage to our mattresses, furniture, and sheets. These problems have been relayed to mgmt multiple times over the past several months, to no reply. Every night that it rains, water floods into the apartment from across the ceilings all over the apartment. Multiple messages with pictures have been provided, with no response. This is not an isolated incident, as multiple neighbors have experienced the same problem, with no action from management. This has led to mold, flooding, and drywall falling onto our beds. In addition, the gates only work for a few days at a time before mysteriously breaking, either being closed all day or open for weeks on end. As long as you happen to be one of the lucky few with absolutely no problems ever with your apartment, I would not count on management taking action and having your back. I would not recommend this complex to ANYONE.

Please contact the office to discuss your issues. We have taken care of all issues that have been relayed to us. You posted anonymously, so unfortunately, we cannot identify you or your unit. Reporting any water intrusion is a requirement of the lease term. Please do so immediately so we can resolve.
Good Customer Service. The complex is kept clean . The amenities are always clean. I have asked for services and their response is quick. I have good neighbors.

Love this apartment complex! The apartment is really nice, maintainance is very good and they come quick if needed, the staff is nice and approchable, and the amenities are well maintained. Didn't have any problems so far with noises or neighbors. And the prices are very fair.

So far so good. Whenever there is a problem the jump on it promptly. I like that. There is someone in the office to talk to whenever I need help and they always ready and willing. I would recommend to anyone
