Just outside the 410 loop of San Antonio lies the quaint suburb of Monterrey Village. It’s a recent residential development with attractive landscaping and modern homes. The advantage of living in suburban San Antonio is that you’re afforded much more space than the city could provide, but its vast network of highways means you’re never far from the amenities of more urban areas.

I have lived in this apartment for over 8 months, and we have experienced multiple leaks that have caused damage to our mattresses, furniture, and sheets. These problems have been relayed to mgmt multiple times over the past several months, to no reply. Every night that it rains, water floods into the apartment from across the ceilings all over the apartment. Multiple messages with pictures have been provided, with no response. This is not an isolated incident, as multiple neighbors have experienced the same problem, with no action from management. This has led to mold, flooding, and drywall falling onto our beds. In addition, the gates only work for a few days at a time before mysteriously breaking, either being closed all day or open for weeks on end. As long as you happen to be one of the lucky few with absolutely no problems ever with your apartment, I would not count on management taking action and having your back. I would not recommend this complex to ANYONE.

Reporting any water intrusion is a requirement of the lease term. Please do so immediately so we can resolve.
Good Customer Service. The complex is kept clean . The amenities are always clean. I have asked for services and their response is quick. I have good neighbors.

Love this apartment complex! The apartment is really nice, maintainance is very good and they come quick if needed, the staff is nice and approchable, and the amenities are well maintained. Didn't have any problems so far with noises or neighbors. And the prices are very fair.

Love seeing security at night and very quiet and peaceful complex! Only thing I have notice is not all of my trash is completely taken out. The bottom keeps being left behind, not sure why.

It's a good community, services from maintenance are very timely and the commodities are amazing ! The gym is a good size and has the right equipment you'd need for a good work out.

For the money could be better, unfortunately there are many car break ins and stolen packages. Neighbors are loud most nights, gunshots can be heard at least twice a week.

Bug issues but other than that this place is pretty cool I enjoy the pricing and pool area as well. The gates aren’t always working and security at night could be a little better my car got broken into

Don’t move here. During the apartment tour they will bring you to a unit where they specifically give tours only which is a nice unit by the front office (and the only area nice and kept up with). The back of the apartments (unit 5 and 6) is neglected. You have dog poop and trash everywhere by the doors. Lights are burnt out so the hallways are dark and filled with webs. You can report this to the leasing office but they won’t reply to your emails or calls. You’ll be ignored. Good luck trying to get ahold of someone or to get anyone to clean up the area! You get noisy neighbors.. car break ins.. scorpions in the unit.. All in which the apartment office will do nothing about. Hardly any parking available in the back. I wish I could have asked the tenants or seen the actual apartment unit before signing a lease here. Better management who care about the property is needed.

Overall not bad, however for the price you pay a month the hallways could be cleaner, dumpsters cleaner as well, and staff can be nicer every now and then. Apartment itself is nice, but prior to move in- housekeeping doesn’t really clean that well for your arrival. Dryer had layers of lint buildup, dishwasher had old food, and shower full of hair.

Good modern apartments. Management is good in responding to complaints (e.g. noise complaints). Management is fast to respond to service requests.

I just moved in but I live my apt the space the amenities that come along with it as well as around the apartments the gym pool it’s a convenient area above all and the apt staff are nice understanding and helpful

The management and maintenance are excellent. Clean apartment and worth staying at especially near a lot of restaurants and shops to go to.

I’m enjoying living at Dalian 151, luxury feel for affordable monthly price. Only downside is my apartment was not cleaned after the previous tenants. I recommend hiring professional cleaning services to ensure apartment is cleaned and ready for new tenants.

I’ve been living here for quite some time, and for the most part it’s a good place to live. I will say that the downside is that the management doesn’t respond to guest concerns. The car port lights have been out for about 5 months now and I’ve reached out to them about it and have yet to receive a response. I think it’s ridiculous that we’re paying extra for a spot thats not even well lit. There have been several car robberies lately (including mine last year) and having the lights off under the car ports makes our cars vulnerable. I wish management would do something about that or at least let us know that they’re aware.

Awesome leasing agent Michelle, She was patient and understanding with me. She took time to show me several apartments they were updated with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Went on-line and applied and I got my approval only minutes after I applied. Now I love it here. The pool is awesome and you should check out the club house, and the fitness center.
