I loved how dailian grown and becomes something brand new to satisfy there community very nice
The staff and maintenance crews are attentive and they do try to do anything that they can to take care of issues. The location is great though. Traffic noise is rarely an issue and yet you're close enough to be on the highway in a couple of minutes. Lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance and the grounds of the complex are very well kept.
The move-in process was great. Very timely professional and utterly transparent. Some issues that are being addressed Monday. Overall it was very headache free.
I really like living here. My apartment is lovely. The grounds are great and well cared for. There have been a couple of disappointments. 1. I'm still waiting for a garage. Maintenance is still using them for storage. The second thing is I requested pest control. I made sure to make note that I work night shift and to call me when pest control was going to be done. Even put my phone number down so I could open the door. Well a few days after putting in my request I received an email saying pest control has been completed. Which it hadn't. No one ever called me so I could unlock the dead bolt. No one even knocked on the door to come in so pest control was not done. But they are saying it was done. I really don't like things like that. But other then those issues I really enjoy my apartment. Ready for warm weather so I can hit the pool!!
Gilbert was very helpful with my application process. If I had a question he would answer them in a timely manner. Excited to see what this new home of mine is like!
The community is great! I love the office staff and maintenance team! The community is so close to the freeway and surrounded by lots of restaurants and stores.
My experience is very well haven’t had any problems at all just one thing that concern me is the poop that the community people doesn’t pick up after there dogs no one likes the step in poop and I’m sure they don’t either
We jave enjoyed living within the Dalian Community. The staff and maintenance personnel have been extremely helpful, prompt and overall excited to work with.
Front office very nice and staff very friendly, grounds are very clean and so are the amenities, Repairs to complex are always taken care of quickly, example gate and gate code box.

i haven't moved in yet but they have made the whole process so much better then I've been expecting things to go , being that its my first apartment. everyone is so nice and fast responding with any question also willing to help which i love as a beginner.

Staff never answer phone or return voicemail. If you go in person, no one is knowledgeable enough to help. They always want you to come back another time.
The community is nice itself besides them taking forever to pick up trash. The only thing I absolutely cannot stand is the neighbors. They all suck.
I like the price of these apartments, however without having carpet in the units, makes everything very noisy and the Buildings just don’t seem to have enough insulation. You can hear everything your neighbors do and if it’s cold outside, your unit is going to be freezing vice versa If it’s hot, your AC is going to be working very hardI just think the buildings are old.
So far it’s ok but for these apartments to be so expensive there shouldn’t be a charge for visitors to visit I really wouldn’t recommend for my friends and family to live here
Dalian Monterrey Is a good community, except the maintenance But everything is perfect is a community selling And the space is good in each extreme
Amazing staff, very helpful, they stayed behind later than they had too to help me be able to figure out a situation where I lost a key, would 100% recommend
It’s amazing so far, the trash comes on time, the floors in every apartment are so cute. The only issue I’ve noticed would just by the gym ammenity, it’s a great spacious gym but there’s no pairs of the dumbbells. I’d recommend just a new rack to have all LBS
We have lived here for just under 6 months and have enjoyed the interaction with staff, maintenance and neighbors. This has been a very pleasant place to live
I love this apartment I had no problem this year I hope it would be the same next year. If next year I have no problem I will say here as long as I can I love it
The beginning of my lease was a little hectic but overall everything is better now. I am not sure if there is new management or anything but it is better.
When I first moved here four years ago I was under the impression that this was a luxury residence. Well it has changed a lot. Places looks run down, and unable to communicate with management as the constantly change and never update residents with the changes.
It's decent apartments. They just need to keep the floors from the apartment hallways clean. And actually send somebody to exterminate the roaches that the apartments have. Cause we are paying 35 a mont and I don't ever see anybody ever exterminate. And we have cameras on our apartment thats how we know.
My husband and I just recently moved in. So far we are loving the area and the apartment. It has been a huge upgrade from our last apartment.

The place itself is not bad. I like the high vaulted ceilings and some of the other neat amenities. The outside looks beautiful now that it’s changed its color (newly painted). The front office staff is very kind and friendly, always been helpful. Now it’s just a few things with getting service requests done and done the right way I’ve had an issue with. Small things to big things concerned me.
So far my time here has been great. Was having maintenance issues but they were very quick to respond/help. Definitely recommending this complex to my friends.

From day 1 my experience was very pleasant. The office mangers were very helpful and super friendly. Did my walk through and had couple of concerns and maintenance fixed everything right away. Would definitely recommend.

Been living here about 2 years. Can't complain about management or maintenance. They have done a great job taking care of residents. You will not regret living here.
First I would like to appreciate the maintenance staff members who are always polite and consistently busy taking care of the area. Their hard work is definitely way better then other complexes I have lived big kudos to them. The front office is always polite and helpful even through the transition recently. I am thankful to be apart of this community and havnt had any concerns that the personnel hasn't addressed in a timely manner and the residents who reside here really do treat each other like neighbors. I feel more comfortable here then any other complex I have been at. Thank you for the commitment to excellence and your continuous efforts to improve.
My apartment is gated and safe. I am close to restaurants, shopping centers, the Library, the YMCA, drug stores and freeways. When I went to the post office, many people had to pickup their mail because there was a break-in of their mailbox. I never had my mailbox broken into. I feel safe here.
They never answer the phone. The new paint job isn’t the great. It smells like weed all the time. Other than that it’s a fine living space.
Things have been really good lately with the new staff. I don't have much to say other than thank you for all the great improvements and I am happy to be here
Staff have been amazing and understanding, they are very receptive when issues arise and have been more than happy to help me with whatever I may need, would definitely recommend the dalian to anyone looking for a new apartment
I like this community. It’s quiet and near to a park. The swimming pool is big and the surrounding is pretty nice. The apartment maintenance is very quick. The only thing that is not good is there are always many dog poops in the lawn which causes a lot of flies and odors. That would be better if they can be cleaned up in time.
I love living here because we have great amenities and overall is a quiet place to live. The neighborhood is great and very confident to the other places I want to go
Leasing professionals are friendly, thorough professionals who are knowledgeable about complex. Paperwork was digital so made our experience much easier so we could read paperless.
Not there yet. Andy and Jackie are the two most helpful rental agents we met. Both have been very accommodating with all our needs. We are going to love living here until we retire to a 55 community.
I have lived here since August 2022. The office and maintenance team have been very helpful. The last few few months Jackie has been amazing helping with any of my needs or questions! She is amazing!

Staff was very friendly, kind and very helpful. They made our move very easy and stress free! Also love how they treat guest with care going as far as to having sweets in the office! Truly a wonderful experience!
It’s clean quite I love it here my son and I both work I work day he works nights but we enjoy coming home to a gated community my grandkids love the pool area and my son enjoys the gym in the morning I just love seeing the dogs walking around with there owner so peaceful and really love the peaceful environment thank you
