Property Ratings at Dana Cove Luxury Living
I have lived here since September and it has been an unpleasant living situation since the day I moved in. First off, this place was built so poorly. I can hear everything my upstairs neighbor is doing including the TV. It is constant noise. Management has not been helpful with this either. They will respond once or twice and then go radio silent with no solution. Secondly, when I first moved in, the gym was not ready and it was posted that it would be "state of the art", it is far from that. There is 4 outdated machines and one bench. Also, they do not have cleaning wipes so there is dry sweat everywhere. We pay a lot of money to live here and it is far from "luxury". The best thing about this place is Roger, the head of maintenance. He is the best. However, all the negatives outweigh him being great. I will NOT be renewing this lease and I recommend staying far away from it.
