Property Ratings at Daniel's Creek at Baytowne
I moved here from California in June 2020. Between the distance and the virus, Alexis in the leasing office moved everything along nicely. She even sent me a picture of my patio so I could see the location in the complex. Set up like condos with private entrance and nice size patio. Had a few concerns, which were dealt with quickly. My oven wasn't working correctly and it was replaced with a brand new one today by Scott and Devin. All the staff here are very friendly. The grounds nicely kept, including snow removal and salt on all of the sidewalks. So happy I found this place!
Alexis in the office provides great service with care, consideration, and courtesy. The maintenance team is on the ball and everything is clean and laid out well. The grounds are sculpted and always look good coming home from work. I highly recommend this place, been here only 3 months and it gets better everyday!
This is a BEAUTIFUL place to live. The staff is so friendly and was always there to answer questions in a timely manner. Maintenance crews were available to fix anything that you needed and most requests would be completed the same day that they were sent in. The complex is well maintained and snow removal was always done impecably. I have nothing but good things to say about Daniel’s Creek. My roomates and I loved living here. The rent was very reasonable for a three bedroom and we were even able to have a washer and dryer in our unit. Large high ceiling, open living room and kitchen and walk in closet in the master bedroom. I highly recommend Daniel’s Creek.
I’ve lived at Daniels Creek for 4 years, i love my apartment and the pet policy. They recently changed management, FOR THE BETTER! I love walking into the office to be greeted by friendly, professional staff who actually give a crap about their tenants. Large apartments for the price and can’t think about living anywhere else.
I recently moved into Daniels Creek and I am beyond happy with the service here. The staff is friendly and willing to help with any questions I have. I will definitely be staying here for the foreseeable future.
Staff is so rude!!! The attitude is like you are begging them to live in this apartment. Seriously?? I've never seen any "luxury" rental building like this. For whoever owned this property, I suggest you change the management team. They are irresponsible, careless and not willing to help tenants. For whoever is interested in this place, do yourself a favor and look for somewhere else. Believe me. I would gave it negative stars if I could.
I have lived at Daniel's Creek for quite a while. My family has always felt like Daniel's Creek is a safe, fun place to live. The community is great, and the people are all friendly. The staff is always attentive to our needs and the maintenance has always been fast and reliable. I have lived in other apartments and this is by far the best place I have lived. It is quiet at night and the green space around the units make it feel like a comfortable place to live. I would recommend living here to anyone who is looking for a great place to come home to everyday.
I have lived at Daniels' Creek for a little over 5 years. This is truly my forever home. The Property Management, Maintenance and even the seasonal help, are all polite and courteous and eager to work with us to resolve any issues that may arise. I have never had to wait for anything, regardless of how small, to be fixed. Maintenance always shows up promptly and with a smile on their faces – even for after hours emergencies. The grounds are beautifully maintained and they are always striving to improve our community. I know that many were worried with the increase in businesses in close proximity to our homes, but this truly does not seem to have an impact on our enjoyment of our homes. The homes themselves are ideal for family or roommate situations, as the 2 bedrooms are separate to increase your privacy in your home. The open floor plans were built ahead of their time – and are absolutely perfect for entertaining or simply enjoying the spaciousness of our homes. This is not just a place to live, but a community where all the neighbors look out for each other, are friendly and always quick with a wave. This is also a great community because of the dogs it allows. All dogs I encounter are friendly and people, are for the most part, are extremely courteous dog owners. I cannot say enough about here. I love it, have loved it since I arrived, and do not plan on going anywhere, unless life makes me
We decided to temporally move to Daniels Creek until we could find a house as we wanted to move to Webster. I was familiar with Daniels Creek as my Grandmother lived their for 15 years. The staff and Rob in maintenance are very friendly and always helpful when you call with a issue with the apartment. The place is well kept on the outside, very dog friendly which was important to me. We are a family if four and we were in a 2 bedroom two bedroom apartment, but after talking it over with the family we all decided we wanted to stay at Daniels Creek, and the Office Manager Natalie was great in setting us up in a three bedroom two bathroom apartment within 3 weeks. We have enjoyed meeting new friends have found a wonderful place to call home.
I sold my house over two years ago in hopes of finding a new place to call home without the yard work and burdens of home ownership. There are many options in Webster but I chose Daniels Creek for the many pluses it had. I have a three bedroom, two bath unit with my own entrance, private patio and best of all I can have both my dogs here with me. Each time the lease comes up for renewal I contemplate leaving but I cannot find anything comparable with all the benefits. I truly do not want to leave! We have great neighbors, kind and attentive management, a gorgeous pool in the Summer and so much more. There is nothing more important that a good, safe, secure home and that is exactly what you will find at Daniels Creek... A HOME.
I hate his place and can't wait to leave. If luxury is flooded laundry rooms, clogged sinks and tubs, and unresponsive maintenance, then this is luxury. It's super expensive and outdated and they don't handle your situations well. I've been waiting a week to get my stuff fixed. What a joke.
If luxury is considered flooded laundry rooms, clogged bath tubs and sinks, and unresponsive maintenance, then this is definitely luxury. I can't wait to get out of here. The expensive and outdated and they do not care about fixes you may need to your apartment (surprise: this place is old and decrepid so you most definitely will need fixes). I hate this place, what a mistake.
They claim these are luxury apartments. The expensive prices are not worth it when you experience a lack of responsiveness from management. The layout is horrible and it's hard to arrange anything. I can't wait to get out of here.
Rude, unfriendly, unhelpful. The maintenance man clearly hates his job and people and the complex and life itself. The property manager is an absolutely miserable woman.
I have never leave in an apartment were all staff are so rude and don't care about their tenants. The tone they give you is ; if you don't like it get out.
When I first moved in to Daniel's Creek I was happy as could be and three years later I've become more fond of this place! First of all it's beautiful. It's not the newest "luxury" complex but the apartments and grounds are kept beautifully. I like it here so much that I wanted to go from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. When I thought I wouldn't be able to afford the increase in rent they did everything they could to help lower the payment. Daniel's Creek is a great place if your a young professional, a couple starting a new family, or a retiree. It's quiet and peaceful here. People are friendly but not intrusive and animals are allowed! Even pitbulls which is great because most places won't. When my dishwasher wasn't cleaning my dishes well enough they replaced it immediately. The location is key! Everything you need is two minutes away, and five minutes away from the express way. The apartments are modern and spacious. The cathedral ceilings give it a larger feel and every apartment has a balcony or patio which are great for morning coffee or watching the sunset. Lastly the management is great. They are friendly and awesome with customer service. Daniel's Creek is a great place to call home.
I've lived at Daniels Creek for over 7 years. I've enjoyed most of my time here. The management staff changed a few years ago and is so much better now. The property manager, Natalie, is so great! They have also updated the kitchen, bathroom, blinds and light fixtures for me. The only issue is parking, there just never seems to be enough parking in my area. Other than that, I've been very pleased with the apartment, the grounds are beautiful and everyone is super nice and helpful.
Quiet living friendly neighbors with your own private entrance. We were on a waiting list for a year but it was worth the wait. Its the closest thing to owning your own home we could find. Nicely landscaped with large grassy areas, friendly staff, pool, exercise equipment, its got everything you could want.
