Here at Danish Village, we offer one- and two-bedroom apartment homes located on the East side of Wichita, Kansas. The one-bedroom homes rent for $665.00 per month to $740.00 based on if they have been remodeled and the level or renovations and the two bedrooms rent for $740.00 to $850.00 monthly. Our apartments offer large bedrooms with an open spacious Livingroom. Some apartment homes offer balconies or patios. Each building has an onsite laundry room for your convenance. This place is beyond disgusting and disrespectful staff is so lazy they basically get paid to do nothing they have allowed throw up to sit in the hallways for 4 days before cleaning it , allowed rodents to roam the apartments for several days and still has not done anything about it you have to beg anyone to do anything around her there only worried about there rent not there residents it’s honestly sickening HIGHLY SUGGEST STAYING ANYWHERE BUT HERE
I applied for Danish Village Apartments in December 2018 and was approved and moved in on Jan 2 ,2019 and the staff very friendly and the place very well maintained and is great space and access room Bathrooms and floors very clean an great kitchen and island in my apartment. The rent fits my budget perfectly and I just love the fact of having my own place and a place to relax in a good area and good apartment with a good atmosphere.?? Thus far I have enjoyed my stay at Danish Village. There are a couple of reasons I wouldn't give the complex a 5/5, but the reason I give it a 4 is because I'm not a fan of paying for the small washing machine, and also because I've had problems the drains, dishwasher, and closing some of doors in the home. Overall, these things are relatively minor offenses. I do enjoy the location, the price for a 2 bedroom, the large living area, their response to problems with neighbors, Signal 88, my interactions with maintenance, and the staff. I would suggest renting with Danish Village because it's in a good area, they have good insulation so my gas/electric bill is never high, and it's in a convenient location.

I’ve lived in a few apartment complexes in Wichita and Danish Village is by far the best I’ve come across. It is located in a nice, quite neighborhood, and really close to lots of food places, schools and shopping stores. The office staff is extremely nice and helpful, and the maintenance men are very fast, efficient, nice and engaging as well! I love how convenient the workout room is and also meeting friendly neighbors at the pool! Everyone is nice around here, from the neighbors to the staff and I’d definitely recommend Danish Village to anyone searching for a place to call home!!

I love it here!! Chase is on his game!! He always calls back no later then the next day and maintenance is out the very next day to take care of whatever needs to be done!! The location is prime!! 2 minutes from Town East and more places to eat within walking distance!! This is by far the best move I've ever made!!

The Danish Village are the place to be if you are looking for something affordable, spacious, and close to town. Not to mention the management staff will go out of their way to take care of you. For example, when my roommate moved out I was scrambling to find a one bedroom and when one became available the apartment complex reached out to me to see if I wanted it. Excellent customer service. I never have to wait more than a day for my maintenance requests to be answered and if I ever have a concern, Chase is always available to answer my questions. I truly love it here and am glad I chose to sign another lease. Thanks for making my living arrangements awesome!

I used to live on the second floor and the neighbors above me were so noisy and kept me up all night from selling drugs & having sex constantly. I then moved to the third floor and someone in the building had a bed bug infestation, which caused the bugs to travel to my apartment. I woke up to two bed bugs crawling on my sheets & 15 bites up and down my body. I had to move all of my clothing, curtains, towels, bedding, pillows, blankets, out of the building to wash. I did not live there for a month because they had to put poison all over my apartment on all floors and surfaces. They told me it was okay to be living in my apartment while there was poison everywhere....and i was told I could not clean the poison for 3 weeks....so how is that livable conditions? For this huge headache of a mess, all they gave me was $10 off my rent that following month. The AC barely works. Have fun paying $200/month in AC costs just to keep a 600 sq.ft apartment at 76 degrees. It takes 3 hours for the AC unit to drop the air temperature by 5 degrees. I'm not sure why they have a pool here when there is no pool furniture during the summer months. The dryers are a joke. Don't even waste your money trying to dry your clothes because it will never dry them completely. The hallways smell like cigarettes and weed. You can hear all your neighbors. The leasing office is always closed so its hard to reach management. I am SO happy to be moving!! It does not get any worse than this.
I had a roach infestation the first week I lived there. I switched apartments. Shortly after, the apartment complex was infested by bed bugs. Residents were literally throwing their couches and mattresses outside in the dumpster. No immediate management because they have no staffing, so you have to go to conquistador to get anything done. Terrible !!!
