Great place to live :)
I’ve lived here for over a year and have had the most incredible experience, especially with management & maintenance. I feel spoiled with how attentive & kind property management (Michael) and maintenance (Alberto) are. I thank God every day I get to live here in such a special place with kind and trustworthy people at the helm. For some specific reference, I’ve put in probably close to a dozen requests and they’ve all been responded to same day, and resolved very quickly. Maintenance even checks in to make sure everything is going ok. Quiet, charming, and great location. Hope you get to live here too :)

Unique
I live in an older complex, there are some maintenance issues but there's a sense of community there too. While I have lived in apartments with more amenities I've never really known the people around me.
