Property Ratings at Darlington Oaks & Midtown Flats
Trying to move in has been the biggest hassle and it seems like every time we think we are ready they keep adding another thing so we can’t move in. They told us an original move-in date, which was completely off the mark, due to the fact that they hadn’t fixed anything yet tired of dealing with terrible property managers in Tulsa.
was able to get info quickly over the phone and sent to me online
Roaches, Rats , and bedbugs. Not worth throwing away all your furniture when it’s time to move out
If I could give 0 stars I would! We have only lived in these apartments for 2 months and since day 1 we have had nothing but problems. When we moved in, the apartment looked like it hadn't had a good cleaning in a while. Lots of stains on the carpets and the water pressure in the kitchen was awful. After a week or two they finally came and "fixed" the water pressure. I don't know what they did, but it is worse than before. They came in to do some pest control and they only sprayed behind the toilet, and behind our stove. I don't know what good any of that did because we have still had a serious roach problem. We followed one back behind our stove only to find two big holes in the walls. Left a message on the maintenance line and nobody ever called me back. Also called the office and spoke with Chanel and she said she put it a maintenance request for that and several other things. That was more than a week ago and not so much as a call. We have also had serious gnats everywhere. And we try to be very clean people There! There is a homeless man right outside our door always who watches us very closely when we take our dogs out. Someone got STABBED just around d the corner from us and we always hear people in the parking lot screaming while we are trying to go to sleep. Their website needs to be updated because we brought a washer and dryer 1,000+ miles because we were told they had connections. Not to mention that nobody told us the code to the laundry room so we have to go through the window to do our laundry the only time we have available. We would call and ask but we have tried to get a hold of the office on multiple occasions for many different things and they never answer. Website says they are open mon-fri. Until 6 but they are always gone when I get off work at 5. They are never there on Saturdays either when they are posted to be open until 5. My husband's car was rear ended in the parking lot while we weren't home. They told us that we could not check the surveillance that a cop would have to. When the cops finally showed up (that is a whole other story) he said that he could not view the footage either.. Very, very, very unhappy with our short stay here already. DO NOT move here. Even though it is a cheaper option, You will pay way more than what it is even worth. ??
I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. I was a resident here for several years, and my experiences with management (which changed multiple times) were never pleasant. There were several incidents when laundry and water services were shut down without warning, and the notices to residents showed that they were more concerned about pet owners picking up after their dogs and increasing your rent than they were about some extremely important issues (drug use, graffiti, excessive noise at nights from spouses arguing outside, etc). I will give them one star because their maintenance staff was at least nice when their services were needed. Don't let the price suck you in. I did, and I now realize it was a terrible mistake.

I lived there for 3 years. After the first 6 months they stopped fixing the things I needed fix. My electricity bill was so high because my balcony door wouldn't seal properly. Also I began to have a leak in my second bedroom. I told them about it everytime before it rained. They decided to just put a tarp on the roof but never tried to relocate me to fix it. Finally there were rats that they did nothing about. There are more issues that I would state, but I just want to ensure that you really look into your apartment complex and take the reviews seriously. Even under new management things have not changed.
Braden Creek was alright when I lived here in 2011-2012. I did have issues with bugs though...also, my next door neighbor came home drunk all the time and would occasionally throw up on the stairs and near where I had to walk to go down the stairs...not cool when I just had a baby. All in all though it was ok.
Spacious 3 bedroom duplexes!! Nice open and airy living/dining areas with tons of natural light in the mornings through afternoon. Nice, private fenced in patios. Maintenance is fast and very friendly. They fixed any problems that we encountered that very same day. Office people seem to be very helpful and friendly so far. Surprisingly quiet area for an apartment complex. Looking for a 3 bedroom then I suggest looking here. I am pretty pleased with Park Place so far.
Excellent Location, quick access to 51st St. Yale Ave. Can reach Interstate 44 & Promenade Mall without even getting on any main roads. Three pools! Complex is well maintained with lots of greenery and even a creek running through the complex. Maintenance is quick to respond. Free of pests. Many floor-plans available at reasonable rates. I like how the balconies/patios are open on 3 sides. My only complaint is that they put the hot water tank in the coat closet.
They were pretty disorganized when I first moved in. My apartment wasn't ready on the date they promised (in writing) and less than 72 hours after I got me key, I was mistakenly given notice of an unpaid balance. Now that Edgar is no longer manager, they seem better organized. After I got past all the screw-ups with my move-in, I must admit I did get a good apartment for a good price. Braden Creek apartments is well maintained, good location, good neighbors, free of pests, etc. My only complaint now is that they put the hot water tank in the coat closet, making it impossible to hang coats.
Well this is the worst place I've ever been I wouldn't put then on your website they don't fix anything nobody like them and they lie to their customers I've ask them to fix my stars they won't fix them or my ac it's always 87 in my apartment
