I would avoid at all costs. We had issues regarding noise throughout the night and it took months for it to be resolved. We had a storm and water started to leak through the window in the bedroom and through one of the smoke alarms which cause all the smoke alarms to go off. We have had issues with pest in the kitchen as well as in the bathrooms. There has been a smoke smell in one of the bathrooms that permeates throughout the apartment. It has been over a month since we reported the smoke smell and management has yet to resolve the issue. We are unable to use the bathroom due to the smell. The manager does not seem to care at all about our experience here.

Run Run! This place is the worst place to ever think of living. The present management is incompetent and clueless. Poor maintenance, everywhere is so dirty. Trash stays for days before being removed causing air pollution within the apartment complex. They keep changing management. Live elsewhere

Pricing is WAAAAYYYY overpriced for poorly made apartments. These are not luxury apartments they’re alright but definitely not luxury. Construction is terrible and you can see all the imperfections on the cabinets, bath tubs, countertops literally everywhere all throughout the apartments. Amenities suck they make it extremely difficult to use anything and their go to line “it’s policy” “it’s policy”. Don’t rent here not worth the money.

The apartment's in person prices are 300$+ dollars from the amount shown on here. and they don't update it on here to keep luring people there thinking its a greatly priced apartment and be surprised by a whole different price when u get at the property.

The place is aesthetically great, location is cool as well, and the amenities are super (they have a theatre bruh) but it’s the intangibles that make this place great. Firstly, maintenance is quick and efficient. When I say they’re at your place in minutes after a work order (during work hours of course) I mean just that. I have PTSD from other places where they just show up eventually and set the bar low. If they show up it’s a plus but these guys here appear out of nowhere practically. They’ll fix the issue before you can finish your sentence. Now the office. This is what prompted me to write this. They don’t have a business center (which I seldom used anywhere but when you need it, you need it) and instead of this being a problem they found an opportunity to still wow me. I needed to print a copy of my resume for my dream job interview. For the lack of resources they made up with ingenuity and just had me send my resume to them and they’d print it out for me. That doesn’t seem like much I get it but the fact that they went above and beyond called for me to do my part and leave this review. They didn’t have to print anything for me, their job is to lease apts and help us with other inquires but the fact that I was helped in the manner left an impression on me that I’ll never forget. I can’t thank the staff enough. This review couldn’t capture how I really feel about them but it’s a start. Move here if you can. Do I need to remind you they have a theater?

I came from california being skeptical and scared of the move but the leasing agent was awesome and made my move in so perfect! The place is so brand new and apartments are cozy and nice. The amenities are amazing for example: the theatre, gym, swimming pool ..etc. I loved the staff because they were friendly and professional. I also loved the location as it is 15 minutes away from the downtwon, very close to the domain and you can reach almost any highway within minutes like I35, I45, 290, etc. The staff will be able to answer all your questions and here you will be able to find more than what you might need :)
