Property Ratings at Davis Commons
While it seems great to have everything included....mice are also very much included. Bi-weekly exterminators come out, however, that has not made a difference. I moved in July 2020 and have seen mice non stop!!! Currently in July 2021, they seem to have gotten worse!! Extermination does the bare minimum. I think because it's been infested for so long, the mice have become immune to the Bait and traps!! Exterminators say the mice will not eat the bait, but yet and still have done nothing differently . The worst part is even if you keep your unit clean other residents DON'T! Some of the other hallways are beyond filthy and disgusting, in that moment you realize why the mice stay! DON'T LIVE HERE

Mouse infested, parties all night, Management doesn’t care. We’ve told them about the mice, they don’t care. They shrugged and handed us a mouse trap but refuse to call an exterminator. If I’m cooking and I leave the kitchen, MICE WILL EAT WHATS ON MY STOVE!!! I have pictures, they run around the apartment and I can hear them in the walls at night. They don’t care about people partying and doing drugs in the parking lot all hours of the night, so don’t expect to ever have a good nights sleep without ear plugs. The office looks nice, but that’s it. Everything else is run down. The water makes us itchy, the sink doesn’t drain, the toilet barely flushes, but they don’t care. DONT LIVE HERE
I love living here. The staff are great. Its a good place for children they have lots of activities at the center for the kids. There is a brand new play ground the complex is kept up with very well. For the most part it's quiet. Everyone is extremely friendly and I just love the new renovation they are doing in the apartments.
Love living here. Friendly environment for children. My biggest concern when I first moved here was the safety and comfort of my children. When I say safety I just mean the well being of my children in general, getting along with the other kids here and such. The kids here are good kids. They have a nice park here that my kids enjoy all year round, they also have a recreational center that is run by a woman who is AWESOME with all the kids of all ages. There is always something here to keep the kids busy and productive. And for the most part all the kids here are sweet and get along. The management staff is always wonderful and respectful and professional always. Another thing is the apartments that are newly renovated ??????????
Im writing to singles or families if your looking for a nice place to live, where you feel safe and welcomed,Davis Commons is the place to live,Ive lived at Davis Commons almost 40 years.Im sad to say Im moving after all these years.Living at Davis Commons, was more of a family environment and was an honor to live there,The management really cares about all tenants.
The complex is decent they keep the area pretty clean. The neighbors can be a bit loud at night. The hallways always smell of smoke either cigarette or Marijuana. It's a decent transitional place for single parents or anyone having a hard time. The area is clean and the apartments are nice despite being a bit small.
