Located just south of Downtown Tampa, the island connects to the downtown core with two bridges, both on the north side of of the neighborhood. The neighborhood began as three islands until a developer added sand to expand the area and construct a resort-style community. The property manager Shelby is great. Maintenance team is professional and prompt in addressing your concern. If you work at TGH, the apartments are a great place to live in. Safe neighborhood and a very near downtown.
I’ve lived on Davis Islands for 20 years, during that time have rented from 4 different apartment properties. Davis Island Apartments is by far the best & my favorite. The staff is top notch & the on-site maintenance is impeccable & rapid. My apartment is wonderful. Wish I had moved in to these apts. 20 years ago! The entire staff actually cares about you here. It’s fantastic! Highly recommend!
