I when to this property and a leasing agent helped me out, Her name is Veronica, very caring and understanding and she really explain to me the process and show me units and help me on everything in regards to getting an apartments! the units are clean, super quiet, and pet friendly! All maintenance crew are on point and are really nice! In overall they are all very helpful! 10* if I could give more

***Current Resident*** AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS EVERY POSITIVE REVIEW WAS WRITTEN BEFORE THE NEW MANAGEMENT TOOK OVER. I have been renting here for about a year and a half. The first year we were here, maintenance was fast, the office staff truly cared about any issues you were having and they would work with almost any situation you brought to them. Since the new management team took over I have had a broken air conditioning unit since April 2019 and have been told "I''m sorry sir but you're on the list to have your A/C unit replaced." To never hear anything about it again. I have had the new office manager threaten my dogs, as they are emotional support animals, without even being aware that I had paperwork on file and follow all proper channels. I have been trying to get my dishwasher looked at due to a mold smell coming from it for a month and a half now. Maintenance and the front office have told my fiance that maintenance "doesn't work on anyone's schedule" so how are we supposed to get anything fixed or looked at? They pick and choose what rules want to be enforced and who to enforce them on. And ever since they ran their "move in special" $300 off rent for anyone you refer and gets approved, we've had car break ins and a full out shooting here. Take your pick but I'm out as soon as my lease is up, IF I can't get out early.

Hi these appartment are really big and quite and the crew members all the ladies in the office are really helpful and understanding also all the maintenance crew are really nice.we have been living there for two years and we signed the new lease again .

I am very grateful to the girls in the office. They are very attentive to our needs and seek a solution to any concern that may arise. The area is very good, I recommend it, Thanks Melody, Veronica and Agustina for your great attention

I’ve lived here 2 1/2 years and I LOVE it! It’s super quiet - walls are thick enough that I never hear my neighbors. It feels very safe - this area is so nice and we’re across the street from a lake! The management here is wonderful. They’re painting the buildings right now and I have a small jungle on my balcony. Melody has gone out of her way to make sure the contractors don’t disturb my plants and calls me personally to let me know what’s happening ahead of time. I’ve lived in many apartments before and I’ve never seen management so helpful. Such a great place to live I hope I can stay here for many years to come. Also I’d like to mention the maintenance crew is fantastic! If you move here you won’t regret it!

I have lived at this property for 3 years and this management is top notch. They really care about us and do everything they can to make sure we are happy in our apartment. The new staff is great!

I have had a very pleasant experience applying for and getting rental units approved this week. The Leasing Consultant and her manager are very polite, friendly, and easy to work with. The process was smooth and well managed. This is probably the best rental experience I ever had.

I'm not necessarily leaving this review for the complex itself but for the new management that took over a couple months ago. They have made a WORLD of difference. Would have previously left 1 star. Before I could never get anyone to answer the phone and would have to walk over only for the door to be locked and no one there in the middle of the day (for HOURS). There were multiple times when I would call and get someone that did not speak English and had to wait to be transferred, which is awkward for everyone involved and unacceptable. They wouldn't take packages during the holidays. They cheaped out on redoing the apartments in between leases, so my tub's "resurfacing" is just paint and is peeling and bubbling off. My AC was being propped up with a small piece of 2×4 (want to make it clear that this had nothing to do with maintenance, they're great). We have been here for TEN MONTHS and paid for pest control every month, and had no one come to our apartment to spray until this management company took over. Never had an AC filter changed until this management company took over. And my tub is being redone, my AC unit is being fixed, I am getting a new toilet, new shower head, new sinks, there are actually poop bags in the dog stations (not once did the other staff fill it), the buildings are being painted, and the parking lots are being redone. As for the complex, it's the cheapest, safest, quietest option in the area (I looked at crime maps extensively before choosing since I have a baby). It is ideal for elderly couples, people with young children, or just people that love QUIET. Walls are nice and thick, we've never heard our neighbors and have never seen bugs or rodents. There is always parking, no matter what time of day or night. There isn't much in the way of amenities, but we're also not paying for a bunch of amenities so I can definitely live with that. Only thing I wish is for valet trash! I would 100% pay an extra trash fee for that instead of walking with a giant bag of trash and a baby strapped to my chest. Oh and pet rent=booooo! My only complaint lol

Lived there for 5 years. They never change it clean carpets. The rent increases every year when you renew your lease.The gym is trash!! No working equipments. Money money thats all they care about. Stay away !!!

No parking. If I leave in my car after 6pm when I get back there is no parking. I have been promised since shortly after I moved in that a solution is in the works. Can there not be one spot reserved per apartment? I refuse to pay for reserved as that is not a solution. I have seen no improvements to the complex even though rent is increased every time I renew my lease.

The maintenance team is incredible. You can tell the staff take pride in the complex

Neighbors are loud and stuff was stolen off my porch often. It's fine for a bachelor pad, but not much else.

It depends because our apartment when it was given to us it was not finished . it was not clean it still had alot of work to do and maintance

Potholes, potholes, and more potholes. Driving through the parking lot is like being on an old country dirt road. Plus, dumpsters have been placed in what used to be parking spots and are now a terrible eyesore. Their gym equipment is garbage and does not work. Last, I asked for a carpet cleaning during my renewal and I was told quote Steadfast management does not pay for carpet cleaning. That's ridiculous considering the rent goes up a hundred to a hundred fifty dollars each year. That should be a common courtesy to your residence. For a hundred more dollars a month you can live in a luxury brand new apartment complex. Don't waste your time with this place. if I wasn't on unemployment I would have never renewed.

Too many roaches.I don't think enough or right extermination is being done. Dawntree has big problem with roaches

I would recommend this apartment community for those who are not too picky and who are handy around the house.

The apartment and appliances are in very good condition, its a nice quiet property and the monthly rent rate is very affordable. The service I have received has been quick and everybody has been very friendly and professional

My next year rent was increased beyond anybody's expectations. I disliked that. With this increase i would neither recommend nor continue. Otherwise it is a reasonable place with peaceful tenants and responsive administration - despite that the apartments need major renovations.

I would recommend because the apartment are spacious, and rent is appropriate and affordable. Need met accordingly. Maintenance is well handled, and office personnel tried to make it to the most to satisfy the Renter. That's best.

I really like the maintenance guys. They have worked there longer than I have lived there and they are so nice.

I truly love this community and the space in the apartment is beyond my expectations. I will be encouraging my family and friends to live here. Work order was completed and excellent work was performed.

These apartments are horrible. Make these the last apartments on your list. GO anywhere but here. Hot water on a boiler room for everyone, you get what's left. Leaks in walls and doors, I have so much water damage. The foundation is dropping so don't be afraid behind the baseboards is dirt so that where we get really bad fire ants. Roaches everywhere just disgusting. Make sure you have bug spray and have pest control come. Maintenance takes they sweet time and it's never done right the first time. There is a language barrier too. I'll be moving further north and pay more than go cheap and get a trash. Never will I recommend this place ever. Please tear down these apartments and start fresh.

For great prices and space. I love my 2 bedroom 2 bath home. Look forward to many years here.

The maintenance men are wonderful. Very nice. Things usually get fixed in a timely manner. Just upset about the very large rent increases the past two times I have renewed my lease. It's been extremely hard to come up with that much extra money every month

For the most part I have no problems. Just would like to have things fixed when requested.

The apartment wasnt totally ready to move in when they gave it to us. And now they have to be fixing the problems.

I really am glad that I moved to Dawntree apartments because it feels like home. its clean and spacious with up to date appliances. a school literally across the street. so most of the kids go to the same school so when my son goes outside to play he knows the other kids by name because they spend time together in class. there is plenty of parking spaces which is very convenient. and the laundry facility is open 24hrs a day. I am a night owl so that helps me out a lot knowing I don't have to do laundry during a specific time of day. they also have a gym. I personally never worked out there lol but it looks really nice and clean and the equipment is up to date. oh and they also have 2 pools and 2 tennis courts which is awesome. I never seen people actually play tennis there but the kids are always playing soccer, and that's even better. and I almost forgot there is also a pond and walking trails!! and Dawntree is also in walking distance from a shopping center! I don't know how it can get any better. lol

There is a big problem with children in this complex littering the grounds on a daily basis. The rent increases every year when you renew your lease. I will be looking for a better place to live.

I've lived in these apartments for two years and we're trying to move when our lease is up. They ask for to much money for an apartment that is falling apart. Windows let all your heat or a.c. out.the only way to stop it is put newspapers in the seals. The bath tub is so cheap it is peeling off while you bathe.the front door lets air out and you can see light shine through the cracks. After a recent pipe bursting my apartment was flooded but I had to literally go down and stand there to make them fix my apartment. And not once has the managers come down to see the damage. But they won't even move us out of it after the flood. You have to pay for the gym. The pool is small and dirty. You don't have your own water heater. You all share water and if to many people are showering your water is cold. I hope that's helpful.

I have been living in the same apartment for 10 years. My upstairs neighbors are very nice and quiet, too. A new manager helped me with a few problems that came up recently. Parking is a little tight if you come home late.

I have been living here for a year. The community is quite and clean in my area. The office personnel is friendly and responds quickly. The grounds are kept clean, facilities responds quickly to work orders. All of Dawntree employees have been friendly, helpful and courteous, but Mike, in the front office offers first-rate customer service. He goes the extra mile to put you in an apartment you will love.

Have lived here for all most 4 mos. Can't complain about anything & hope it stays that way. Office staff are nice & professional. Maintenance needs are taken care of that day or the next. Nice apartments at a very affordable price, which makes it nice for those of us on disability or an extremely tight budget. Hope prices don't change!!!
