Nestled just north of I-30, North Arlington is an idyllic neighborhood with a distinct suburban atmosphere. Wide roads are lined with lush trees and modern homes throughout North Arlington, while North Collins Street touts plenty of familiar commercial offerings, from chain restaurants to national retailers.
North Arlington’s sprawling parks and scenic golf courses stand in stark contrast to the bustling environment on the southern side of I-30, which is where you’ll find popular destinations like Six Flags Over Texas, Globe Life Park (home of the Texas Rangers), and AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys). North Arlington residents enjoy a quiet place to come home to as well as convenience to some of the Metroplex’s most exciting amenities.

Property Ratings at Dayrise at Centreport
STAY AWAY they will go above and beyond to take extra money from you.. They will fine you an absurd $50 if you put your trash bags outside the door for valet pick rather than inside a trash can that is too small to hold the bag.. that if placed on top of the trash big somehow it always gets knocked over by birds that has taken over the hallways. $50 for your bag touching the ground is what the charge is for.. $50; on top of that the trash compactor is always full and nasty with a broken door. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

Hello, we appreciate you taking the time to express your concerns with us. It is disheartening to hear about the matter with the trash pickup, as we work hard to ensure our residents are content in our community. Please email us at mgravionatcentreport@dayrise.com so we can learn more.
I haven’t even lived in my unit for a full year and I’ve encountered 20 roaches/waterbugs in my apartment. I don’t even know why I even pay for pest control every month when it clearly doesn’t seem to be working. And before you ask, no I don’t have any pets and I’m so terrified of bugs that I keep my apartment very clean to not attract them in the first place !!! If you’re not terrified then by all means feel free to move in. I love my attached parking garage and it’s in a great location.

I wanted to shout out for Ashly. I did taxes yesterday & we all know how stressful that task is. They needed to be faxed & I was late getting the paperwork where it needed to be-Ashly jumped right on that fax machine, wrote a cover letter & let me breathe a sigh of relief. Super helpful, kind & beautiful. Way to go!
Property Manager at Dayrise at Centreport, Responded To This Review
Hi, thank you for letting us know what a lifesaver Ashly was for you by faxing over your paperwork! You can expect this same level of helpful service in the future.
I’ve been here for a few months and so far I absolutely love it, staff is friendly, maintenance is also friendly and very quick to fix issues. the grounds are gorgeous and well manicured, so are the apartments. the area is very scenic so great for going on walks. a great pond view depending on your apartment location, you can see it right from your balcony/patio. post office and tons of eating places all in walking distance. it’s very close to the stadium, six flags and highway ramps. you can be at most grocery stores and other shopping in 8-12 minutes. a few downsides is fighting for your life to get a parking spot (this website says they have assigned parking but they do not, none of the apartments in this area do. they should with how expensive it is!). there are a handful of inconsiderate neighbors; those who won’t clean up after their dogs, toss trash on the ground as they walk past 2 trash bins, and use bikes as parking spot savers for when they leave in their cars so no one can ever park in that space but them. my only other gripe is poorly insulated ceilings, footsteps are SO loud, and just imagine living beneath someone with rowdy dogs or kids, but these are things that pretty much go for any apartments i assume.
There’s nothing that makes this property luxury. The grounds are never kept clean. I always have trash in front of my garage from places I don’t visit or eat at. I see cigarette butts scattered everywhere. When the gates malfunctions or is broken it takes weeks to get it fixed. There’s no security patrolling the property so crime happens often. And, staff may or may not inform residents of the crime. Lighting is poor at night due to the lack of the staff fixing the problem. The noise level is often loud, so if you are a working professional you will sacrifice your sleep. Residents often don’t pick up after their dogs. You will also be charged for things you should not be charged for. This is not all the problems, but a glimpse into what you can expect at Sevona Avion.
I truly love coming home each day. Sevona Avion is such a beautiful and well maintained community. The Office staff always greets you with a smile and is always willing to help you. I have referred friends here and will continue to do so. I love the activities they do on a regular basis (really wished I could have made it for the Painting w/ a Twist).
This is an absolutely beautiful property. The staff is amazing and make you feel right at home from day one. I couldn't imagine being anywhere else!!! I have lived here for the past 2 years with no complaints. The office staff is always so helpful and accommodating, the maintenance is always quick to fix any problems I might have. I will absolutely recommend these apartments to anyone!
Great location (walking distance from the bus stand to the airport)
The location is good for us for now and the apartments have been updated, which is nice.
The property is well maintained and clean. Somewhat quiet and staff is respectful .
I am very pleased with the apartment community and my friends at work love this place so I am convinced some of them will relocate to Texas in the near future and lease with Sevona.
I like where I'm living. Only problem was I was downsizing from a 3BR 2BA - 1325 sq ft to 1Br 1BA 808 sq feet and the garage area was MUCH larger on the model I saw. I based my decision to move here on that. didn't get to see my actual apt until 2 days before and was VERY disappointed that the space was not available. The person showing me the place did not realize garage sizes were different. That was a REAL disappointment to me and I probably wouldn't have chosen this location had I known that. Each Sevona Avion representative should know that. Therefore I was not able to complete the form of what was wrong with my apartment when I first moved in because I had to cram all my stuff in there. I had only taken that day off to move because I had just started a new job. There was damage to my front door when I first looked at the apartment 2 days before I moved in. The only saving grace is I have pics of the damages before I moved in and pics the week or 2 after I moved in.
Community is safe, friendly and personnel is professional. Have yet to have issues this year.
I would recommend it due to its close proximity to the airport, because it's quiet and clean.
I would recommend the community based on maintenance, but other residents make this location very loud and sometimes obnoxious.
I would recommend the community, just would like to see the hallways and stairways better kept up with cleaning. Some problems with pet waste that I see while walking.
Would- new appliances, clean, secure, pet friendly, open floor plan, lots of walking areas, bark park, valet trash. Would-not- no children's play area, loud airplane noises, other residents are not welcoming, only one stop mail area on the other side of community.
The maintenance here has not really been an issue so far; but the dumpster is always full and there is no place to park other than in, or on front of, my garage.
The Stairs, Rails And walls Has A Lot Of Spider webs.
I loveeeeee it, my experience living here for the pass 2 years almost 3 is very gratifying
Just the location, while great for so many reasons, I think location is the only down side, a bit of a drive compared to other places. Rent was just as expensive as Plano, Las Colinas etc.. and no view, no shopping, etc.
I would recommend the community because of its location and because of a lot of the great amenities and options. Two reasons why I wouldn't recommend it is because of the high price and because of the thin walls. I hear just about everything my neighbors do...which can be a little disturbing at times.
My son and I have lived here about 9 months ago. The apartment has many nice features including granite countertops, concrete floors, stainless steel appliances and accent walls. The pool area is very nice and relaxing. The fitness center is suitable as well. All of the neighbors have been friendly as well. Maintenance and management are responsive and courteous. Location is great for me as it is close to major highways. I definitely refer Sevona Avion to my friends!
The apartments is very spacious with sq ft well distributed. The landscape and property in general is very well kept and the Management team is always on top of our requests.
PROS: The apartment building itself is nice, updated appliances, granite countertops and island with flat top stove. Some apts offer balconies with storage which was a plus for me. There is a decent dog park, pool area and gym. Maintenance does well with completing requests in a timely manner. CONS: New management as of May this year. Poor organization and customer service. Increase in rent and charges for some maintenance issues (i.e charge to replace water filters in refrigerators). They also now charge for the use of the cabanas by the pool. I will definitely be moving after my lease is up.
If you love upgrades and friendly well maintained living and services, this is the place for you. Happily renewed for another year. Keep up the good work Sevona Avion!
Sevona Avion is a beautiful complex featuring great layouts, a dog park, awesome pool area, and nearby canal/walking trails. Situated very close to the airport, the complex offers a very modern interior layout and aplpliances. I moved in a little over a month ago and am very happy with the bang for my buck. Downsides to be aware of - the first floor has strange looking floors (painted concrete - unfinished) that they don't describe very well when you apply. All other floors have hard wood. The area is not that close to trails that are not around corporate buildings, but trails through woods are about 5-10 minutes down the road if you want to drive there. The staff is very helpful and responsive and they host lots of fun activities. It he complex is also right next to the TRE line, so you are minutes away from a fun, safe trip to downtown Dallas or Fort Worth.
I have lived at Sevona Avion for over 7 months. I am new to Texas and happy to call Sevona Avion my Texas home. The office staff welcomed me to Texas and made me feel right at home. Their customer centered focus has continued past day one. They continue to go above and beyond and exceed my expectations. Recently I purchased a ceiling fan to be installed in my living room. As simple as 1, 2, 3, I put in my work order and before I knew it, maintenance was knocking on my door. The service I received from the maintenance staff, not only met my expectations, they exceeded it. They were polite when entering my home. They were attentive, ensuring they respected my space, by keeping it clean. They interacted with me like we have known each other for a long while. The genuinely were happy to put my fan up. And at the end of the day, offered to haul away the box. Sevona Avion is not just a place to live, it is a place to call home. With standard amenities that are far greater than any other apartments in the area, with staff that I can depend on, and a maintenance crew that I can rely on, I am happy right where I am! Thank you Sevona Avion!
I have lived in this apartment complex since Nov 15th, which is the day Sevona Avion staff took over. They have always been so helpful with any questions or concerns. Another review said they contacted the office about maintenance 3 months ago and that was written in January, Sevona didnt take over until mid November so they must have told the old staff. I have personally needed maintence twice and both times maintenance was here within 24 hours and if it is an emergency they respond right away. As for soundproofing, it was Broadstone Avion that built the complex "Alliance" and it really depends on how loud your neighbors are. As for parties going on all the time, CALL THE POLICE!!! The apartment staff is not in the office when you hear these "parties" going on. The dog park gates were fixed within a week, the gates would still close, they just wouldnt latch. There was only 1 hole in the dog park and maintenance filled it in however the pets owner left the dog unattended long enough to dig. My ONLY complaint is that parking is extremely limited, however, when Alliance built the complex there was not alot of parking built. Go and check out these apartments everyone. You will miss out on a hidden gem if you dont!! My wife an I sure love it here!
Broadstone was sold and the complex is now called Sevona Avion. It is horrible now. We were spoiled by Broadstone management . The property has drastically changed is less than 2 months. Maintenance is very very very slow to respond, if at all. The grounds are not kept clean. The dog park was nice. Now, both gates are broken, and the doggy bag dispenser has been empty for 9 days now. The units are nice but do not be fooled. There is no soundproofing between apartments. I hear neighbors opening and closing drawers, slamming doors, walking at all hours. Lots of parties happen and nothing is done about it. Rules are not enforced. Especially parking. Don't move here. You will regret it. The rent is way too high for what you get. The office staff is friendly and full of excuses....they DO NOTHING but apologize.
I must say the apartments are nice. One of the nicest apartments I ever stayed in but the customer service is horrible!! When Sevona Avion took over Broadstone Avion everything has been going down hill. If you have a package sent to the office, there is a chance for your package to get lost. For these apartments to be considered "luxury" when it comes to paying your rent every month there is nothing "luxury" about it. I have never lived in an apartment complex where the is No way to pay online. Its 2014, come on! There is No Drop box! They say is a liability ...really? The business hours are 8-5:30 which is not convenient for those who work a normal 8-5. I receive a bogus late fee for paying on the third business day! Normally you get a 3 day grace period to pay your rent. Sevona was closed on New Year Day, which means we lost a business day, Correct? So why did I receive a late fee? To top it off one of the office staff advised me "residents find a way to make their payment by sliding their checks under the door" Really?? Slide a check for over 1000 dollars under a door and hope it's received. I'm fed up with this staff and cannot wait until my lease is up. I would love to have Broadstone Avion's management back, they were Awesome.
Property Manager at Dayrise at Centreport, Responded To This Review
I agree with some of your comments. Since the property was sold and is now Sevona Avion it is getting worse every day. They do nothing to maintain the property. The hallways are filthy, mainly because residents are not made to use the trash cans and leave bags of trash out all the time. The office staff has only managed to master the art of apologizing. They do nothing to address our concerns. I brought maintenance issues to their attention three months ago, still no response. The units are so poorly constructed I hear everything from the apartment above and next to me. As a dog owner, Owners are not picking up after their pets. I am embarrassed about that because I am a dog owner and I follow the rules and so should they. FYI, the dog park is not maintained either. Both gates are broken, there are huge holes dug all around it, and we usually go without doggie bags for at least two weeks at time before the broken dispenser gets filled with the wrong bags. We were forced to get parking permits but nothing is enforced. I see the same cars parked in the Handicapped and Visitors spots all the time when they should not be. I am not sure I will renew my lease and I have been here since they opened. But it is not worth the price.
