Property Ratings at Daytona Village Apartments
Lived here for several months, so far so good !!! nice apartments clean and safe. So far no major issues. Sally
Looks great, very friendly visit. I was surprised how well it seems to be taken care of. The manager was busy but still met with me and made me feel like a friend.
Everything about visiting here was awesome. The Manager and her team explained everything and showed me around despite the nasty weather. We sat and talked like old friends over a cup of coffee - made me feel like family. I would give more stars if I could.
Loved the Manager, love the privacy! Great communication, clear expectations and really well-maintained location. Happy they are tough on crime and don't allow drugs. I don't want my grandkids around that. Visited at night to see how it was and they have it lit well and even have decorative lights. I really like it.
Ask for Cassie! She sold me on the Property. I had a few issues initially but she really addressed every concern. The flowers are beautiful and the property shows surprisingly well! I was blown away. I would give more stars if I could.
Lovely office manager and little office pooch. Informative meeting with Cassy and she was very responsive. The curb appeal is so cute when you pull in - I was pleasantly surprised how well it was maintained. Highly recommend coming in and seeing if this place is a fit for you!
I was highly interested in applying for an apartment at this complex but upon further inquiry their so called title of being pet friendly is false. They are more so pet tolerant than anything, they also don’t disclose until you call that they have a list of breeds of dogs that are disqualified. When asked what the list is based on, I was told “it’s just something privately that our company enforces”. With phrases like “We understand that your fur-baby needs a new home as much as you do.” on their website you’d think they wouldn’t have a restricted breed list.
I have not even moved in yet but I cannot wait! I stopped by the office as a walk-in today and was blown away by the professionalism and kindness. I know they were busy but Cassie took the time to explain the entire process and made me feel like I have known her forever. They are pet friendly and she showed me their cute dog park! Cannot recommend this place highly enough!
I moved to the area from a smaller city and was nervous until I met Cassy! She was over the top nice to me and explained everything I needed to know. She even send me an email with all the best coffee places and grocery suggestions. I am looking forward to many years to come! They also planted a lot of really pretty flowers this summer and I felt right at home every time I pulled into the property.
I was wary of the 'area' until I met Cassie. I love this place! I have a small dog and I love to walk with her so I appreciate that there is a dog park right here. Cassie was informative and swift in action - thank you so much! If you are considering the Dayton area, do yourself a favor and schedule a visit.
Cassie is fantastic. Fair, informative, and friendly. As soon as I met her and her office dog I knew I was moving here. My apartment is much bigger than I expected which was a nice surprise. They work hard to keep it safe and have put up tons of lights in the area. I look forward to being here a long time.
These apartments are huge. I almost didn't visit here because I did not want to live 'in Dayton' but it is soo tucked away. You pull in and it is a whole new environment. Give it a chance! Cassie is awesome - made the whole process easy. Pet friendly also!
Cassy - amazing. My application process was handled amazing. Love the office staff across the board. Pet friendly, quiet, and safe. They are tough on the drug policy and that clearly helps clear riff raff. Couldn't be happier with every aspect.
They are organized, strict on keeping drugs out, and fair across the board. Working with Cassie was a pleasure. Apartment is large, price is fair. Looking forward to long tenure here.
Cassie was fantastic - helped answer any questions I had. I have been here a few years now and couldn't be happier. The only issues I have had was with an inconsiderate neighbor and the girls at the office addressed it for me really fast.
The management staff has been incredible! They love my dog, property is well-kept, and they even hosted a Block Party for us this year! Make sure you stop by the office to meet the office dog - Misha!
I've been living here for about 7 yrs now. The apartments are always clean.
Pest problem is ridiculous. You report it to management and they still don't keep their properties clean. Shows how they treat their tenants
Moving in date was confused said they called me but I don’t have voicemails or anything on my phone I got upset & they wasn’t understanding at all .. then I received a phone call basically saying they didn’t want to move forward the day of move in because I was worried about my safety said they would mail my deposit & they didn’t have time for me to turn off my dp&l n vectren so I will have to pay what I didn’t use .. very unprofessional all of this because I check the door 700$ I still haven’t got back said it would take 30days to receive
Horrible apartments , As soon as I moved in they were infested with roaches they sprayed once and I was still seeing them everywhere and they didn’t wanna do anything else about it. Save your time and move somewhere else!
This is a horrible place they don’t do maintenance and will evict you if you ask for them to repair anything
I fell in love with this community the moment I drove in! They have a wonderful staff and the community room was like no other!
I love how nice the staff is. My home is so bright and big. I have nice natural light for my plants. And room to have furniture along with my plants! I do like to rearrange, often, and have the space to do so.
The office ladies do nice things like call me when my work order is finished, just to make sure I am happy with th work performed. Call me when my package has arrived at the office. They great me by my name. I hear them do the same for other residents also. There are alot of people that live here. That takes some talent knowing everyone's name. I also like how the complex is tidy.
I can’t get over the level of service I have been provided. I have lived in many apartments in my adult life, and this one takes the cake! Oh yeah, my one bedroom, is so roomy. I am on my 2nd lease and will be renewing when this one ends. Great Job Daytona!! Thank You!! Alexandria
This complex is rocking awesome! I have crown molding in my apartment! I have never seen that before in an apartment. My two bedroom is bigger here than my last three bedroom at another complex. The staff is always willing to go that extra mile to ensure a smile on their residents face. They even call back on work orders to make sure that I am satisfied! I highly suggest checking Daytona Village out! Frankie
Daytona Village Apartments has a very caring and kind staff that will go above and beyond to provide excellent service. The apartments are larger than most in Montgomery County- trust me I have shopped around. It is tucked in a quiet area of North Dayton, but is close to everything! I love living here!! I hope this helps you in your apartment home shopping! Ms. D
I couldn't be more pleased with how smoothly my move in process was. They told me exactly how much everything would be, I came in to sign and everything was so smooth. My apartment is more spacious than I had realized and I'm actually saving money because of the specials they had going on. Thank you Daytona I'm very happy.
I love it here, the staff has been wonderful and I love my apartment. So happy with my decision to move here last month.
Love the park like atmosphere! Quiet, well maintained. The Staff is very helpful!
I am so pleased with my choice to live at Daytona Village. They have a wonderful inviting office and my apartment has been everything I had anticipated. The community is so quiet and the apartments are very nice

The office staff is friendly, the maintenance staff knowledgeable, the apartment is beautiful. What more couldi ask for
I love that it is so close to the hospital where I work. It is a secluded gem!
Daytona Village is a really great place to live. There are nice Metro Parks 5 minutes ways. Management responds quickly and they get everything taken care of. The grounds are well taken care of and everyone is friendly.
Very friendly and helpful staff! Great location! Great prices and options.
Best apartment community I've ever lived in. I'm used to living in a house and I am not disappointed here. Very clean, great floor plans. Clean community and excellent neighborhood. I feel safe and my children are safe.
I am really in love with the new apartments. I would recommend these apartments to all my friends and family.
These apartments are not cheap but they are worth every penny you spend if you want a nice apartment while staying in the city and they gave me a discount for working at good Samaritan hospital.
One of the best apartments to live at in the city. They care about how the community looks and the rent is reasonable for the quality you get.
I have lived here for 5 years and I don't see myself going anywhere! The office and maintenance are great! Especially when you have issues they help as best as they can. Its a great place to live
