Deane Hill Apartments

I love living at deane hill! It’s location is amazing and you can’t beat the price! I’ve been here 8 months and have loved every minute of it. The property is kept clean and parking is so easy. The office staff and maintenance team is top notch! The property manager and the assistant property manager are super nice and you can tell they really love what they do! I hope they never leave!! The maintenance team is also super nice! When my garage disposal was acting up they came out and fixed it that day! I would definitely recommend living here to all my friends and family!

Disgusting apartments. The website and apps show new updated apartments, or just nicer cleaner apartments, but they are far from it. Bugs coming from every corner. Hella roaches inside and outside. We complained to the office & they admitted they were aware of the apartments conditions. They said “we can refinish the tubs if you want but it’ll take a day or two”. Why wouldn’t they do that before people moved in? Dirty people. Dirty place. There’s more I could complain about but they know what type of people they are.

It's very affordable for the area. I enjoy how close I am to the mall and other locations. I love that it is pet friendly. I would recommend to friends and family.

My fiance and I have lived here for almost 2 years and we love it. It's quite which is good cause we get up so early for work. I would recommend to my friends and family.

I have lived here for just a little over 5 months and I love it. As a single mother of two, it's great to live in a place where I can afford and also feel safe. Great staff and I could not be happier!

Awesome location with easy access to Kingston pike. Office and maintenance staff are phenomenal and super friendly!

There are quite a few positives about Deane Hill Apartments: 1.) Location is great 2.) The staff is very responsive to needs 3.) Maintenance is fairly good at being prompt 4.) Ample amount of parking 5.) I was skeptical about only having WOW! internet available (the property has since put in Comcast too), but WOW! has been a great company 6.) The pest control is nice and they complete it regularly

Had a great experience living here since 2015 after having to move from Copper Point apartments on New Years due to an electrical fire in the middle of winter.Vanessa and her staff welcomed us and made us feel at home by expediting our moving process during a difficult time.I am sorry to have to leave my apartment at this time and would like to thank Vanessa the property mananger and her staff for yet another and my final year here at Deane Hill.My family and I would like to thank everyone for their support during this entire year as we cope with our tragic loss of my twin grandbabies.

We moved to Knoxville from out of state and were referred to Deane Hill by a friend who had recently moved out. It is a great location in W. Knoxville – close to everything. We had a newly remolded unit (townhome) with new hardwood floors, countertops, kitchen appliances, and carpet. It was not often that we needed anything but the management (Vanessa and Brittany) were awesome and helped us quickly. They often went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and at home. We went to the pool all the time in the summer and loved having the tennis courts and work out facility close. Our kids had quite a few friends who lived at Deane Hill too, and we also enjoyed the Elementary school they attended.

An excellent place to live. Central to everything you could need for shopping whether its a late night run to the super walmart or some early morning breakfast at waffle house ir ihop. Seconds to the mall located directly across the street. Very peaceful, safe and quiet. Definitely a place to raise a family.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. When me and my wife decided to move in we had many issues. To start off literally while we are signing the lease the big woman told us the place doesn't service comcast or at&t only wow service, which wow sucks don't ever get it. Next the top floor air vents in the townhome suck so prepare to suffer during the summer. You can also hear your neighbors very well in your bathroom or downstairs area so if you're a loud person you'll get complaints. The fitness center rather small and the pools were never clean enough to use unless you don't mind swimming with roaches. Now if you made it this far I saved the best for last. Do not move her if you fear insects,small rodents,and snakes. I have a picture of the biggest snake I saw on their property(i saw more than one).When I moved in the place had been cleaned but there were still dead roaches on my floor and some in cabinets. The storage area was also unusable for us millions of spiders and roaches inside of it plus it leaked. Stray away from these disgusting apartments.

Do you like your stuff to be destroyed ? Do you think graffiti is hip? This is the place for you! The only welcoming gift we received from our “fellow” neighbors was my mother’s car being written and doodled all over the back window in PERMANENT sharpie . As well as it being keyed on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. Front office response ? “that doesn’t happen at our apartment complex!” We talked to other neighbors who claimed that there cars have been keyed as well and people go through your stuff if you leave the car unlocked . Moving out at the end of the month. People are evil here and if you want to be the next victim this is the place for you. Absolutely no security for you or your stuff!

Are rodents and roaches your favorite thing? If so, this is going to be the best place you have ever lived. If you’re like me and think these things are repulsive, STAY AWAY. I have been treated 3 times so far for roaches and last night, I found 8 mice coming out from under my stove. The mice have eaten my bread and there is rodent poo all over my pantry. The Property Manager’s response? “Sending someone to put traps down and giving me a gift card to replace my groceries.” That’s fine and all, but how will she make me comfortable cooking in my kitchen? Having people over? I would never invite someone into my home for dinner because they might be greeted by one of the roaches I find in my living room daily. Also, it’s not just me. I have spoken to 4 other residents so far that say their pest problem is out of control. This, combined with the paper thin walls and rude maintenance workers makes this a place I would NEVER recommend signing a lease. If I wanted this kind of living, I would’ve lived somewhere in North Knoxville for $200/month cheaper where bugs were expected.
