Guests may be buzzed in via a tenant’s cell phone from the main intercom panel for ultimate security. For relaxation students can unwind at the plunge pool/spa area and take in the sun on one of the lounge chairs. The compound also includes a Viking Gas BBQ area complete with a beverage chest for the occasional social gathering. Each unit includes a private exterior entry and unique floor plans that cater to each student’s tastes and preferences and which helps create a sense of individuality for each unit and tenant. From large, private front yards to decks that overlook the outdoor lounge area, and from five to three bedroom units, the Dee Jay has something for everyone.
