Property Ratings at Deer Creek Crossing
I had always paid my rents on time and I have been at the Apartment for 1 year. When we moved out we deep cleaned the apartment and looked great. After one month they billed me $1000 in addition to keeping my deposit. They have since sent my dispute to collections. What a terrible Management team in Wilsonville. I can’t believe they make so much money as money from their rental business and they go after average honest residents. Very unethical owners.
I suggest taking detailed photographs both when you move in and when you leave. Save the pictures and video until you have received your deposit back. It is difficult to reach the main management office in Wilsonville and the certified letter I sent to them regarding my deposit was returned unopened. This is the worst experience I've had in 50 years of both renting and owning a house. A one star is too high a rating.
My husband and I have lived in 3 different apartments all around Salem, and this is by far our best experience. It may not have fancy amenities; but the manager is prompt, friendly, professional and always takes our needs seriously. It’s always a gamble on neighbors (that’s the reality of renting) but the management makes sure that everyone is comfortable and takes care of complaints quickly. We are planning to stay until we can eventually buy a house. They offer yearly carpet cleaning vouchers, and offer neighborhood activities like trick-or- treating and garage park sales in the summer. Its well worth the West Salem commute.
