Property Ratings at Deer Creek
These apartments are nice but not the point to pay as much as they ask and even that is reasonable compared to other places but they are asking for the gross pay to be what that rent is in a WEEK. That’s so unreal to get what the rent is in a week. Unless you making over 23-29 a hour by that I’ll get a dang house. The only reason I can’t “qualify” for a two bedroom is cause of that which is crazy cause I make the money biweekly. When it comes to maintenance they can be sloppy depending on what it is. Carpets need replaced for the amount of money paid too. I can say more but I’ll stay quiet. They are nice not bad but what they ask for to qualify is unreal. Unless she’s lying to me.

Deer Creek Apartments are nice, affordable, and quiet. Having most utilities included is definitely a plus. The staff here is incredible, always available (even on weekends) and accommodating. Work orders are always taken care of with the utmost importance and we even got follow ups from the staff to make sure everything was completed. Apartment was in great condition when we moved in, very clean. Highly recommend!
Apartments are in need of major updates, old appliances fridge constantly runs and oven isn't even self cleaning, not to mention the ancient A.C. units. Kitchen cabinets and countertops are probably originals from when buildings were built and the floors have a major issue with squeaks just hope the person above can't walk, enough to drive you crazy. The people who live here are to lazy to lift the lid on the trash bins so there is always garbage laying around the outside of them, and good luck with parking be prepared for a nice walk to your apartment if you find a spot.
Very spacious, clean and up to date. Short walk from the metro parks and close to a highway. Has a nice pool and great laundry facilities.
The apartment is fairly nice sized. Water and heat is included, which is great in the winter. Has a dishwasher, but no washer and dryer or hookup. You have to share the 1 washer and dryer in the building. Has an outdoor pool, not heated. Very close to the freeway, the Strongsville Mall, many shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Cats are ok, no dogs. Few down sides are the parking situation. Unless you work a 9-5, good luck finding a spot. Renting a garage was my only option. The walls are quite thin, you can hear EVERYTHING. The heat gets turned on by the company, so if it gets cold early, you won't have heat. Also the heaters make very loud banging noises. They are pretty good when it comes to maintenance requests getting done on time. The staff is really nice and have always been very kind and helpful! All in all, it's not a bad apartment, especially for the price.
