They will never show up to fix things and when they do they will just call GE to do it and that can take months. The landlady is very rude and unhelpful with everything asked of her. Extremely overpriced situation. STAY AWAY
Deer Lake Apartments is a great place to live. The complex is close to shopping, restaurants and UB! The management staff is very helpful and friendly. Someone is always available when need be!
