Property Ratings at Deer Ridge Apartments
I recently moved out after being a tenant for 3 years. Office staff were always so polite and maintenance crew came out almost immediately whenever I had an issue in the apartment. The only reason I moved out was because I needed more space! I would recommend Deer Ridge to anyone.
I lived at Deer Ridge for 2+ years and moved out due to having a baby. The property manager Liezl is amazing as well as the maintenance staff. They are always quick to handle any issues I have and it's a great location, close to everything I need!
They dont want to fix anything !!!!!!! All they want to do charge you for everything !!!! They just want your money!!!!
Do not live her. No amenities. 1980 appliances. Restrictions from LO constantly changing for tenants. Allows 5 people in 2 bedroom. Can hear everyone enter building and apartment door, every step on the stairs and through walls. Management has no respect. Complaints to leasing office, falls on deaf ears..
Jasmine the property manager has been a delight throughout my whole experience at Deer Ridge so far. After being here for a few months I can now say during my tour she did NOT tell a single lie! She has gone above and beyond my expectations. First I had a maintenance emergency with my AC unit going out....she got it fixed within 2 hours and called me when it was done! Second I had called her to inform her that one of the dryers wasn't turning on and I tried it twice, without even asking she got me $2 in quarters back to make up for the money I had lost. Third is there online portal where Jasmine had told me it is simple to use and it saves your records on the site. She was not kidding a child could pay rent in less then 5 mins. Also the maintenance guys are absolutely amazing!!!! I’ve only had two problems and they fixed them right away and correctly. Look no further in Loveland Ohio because they are even expanding across the street, it is a quite, safe and well run place to live.
I was a tenant for 6 yrs and was forced out by the owner because he said; I am unstable, because of migraine headaches and could not be trusted. I was never late and well liked in my building. The community is unhealthy, poor water for over a year causing laundry to scum and kitchen and bathroom never to get clean, unhealthy particulates in the vents and general air from duct work that has never been cleaned. Carpeting is the thickness of felt. Electrical building code violations in kitchen overhead fixtures. I was repeatedly disrespected and lied to regarding my concerns. They must have been justified because of the rage and profanity toward me from the owner before I left. Never provided a reconciliation statement regarding my security deposit. By law, that is to be provided within 30 days of vacating. It has been over 50 days and a violation of the law. If you are looking for unhappiness, rent, if not avoid.
Be very careful moving into this cause matter how good you are cause cause they will still come after you for some money after you leave. No matter how clean you leave the apartment they will find something to charge you for. We moved in to the apartment quickly so the carpeting was never replaced and we lived there almost 4 years so it was time for it to be replaced when we left. They want to charge us for the replacement carpeting. So again I say be very careful moving into this community unless you're going to stay there forever because that's the only way that they won't come after you.
