I am certain that the management is providing tenant's with the best service that can be accomplished ??

Do not live here. Management is terrible and all they care about is making money, they do not have your well being in mind.

Maintenance doesn’t help much, the carpets are kind of gross, definitely outdated, management is hard to get in contact with, parking lot is absolutely terrible, pretty sure no one cleans the halls in the buildings because I’ve passed a spot of blood on the wall for 7 months now and the hall carpets are always dirty. The smells are terrible too, the halls either smell like garbage, weed, or cigarettes there is no in between, no matter how many candles you have burning you can still smell the weed and cigarettes in your apartment coming through the vents. The dishwasher is junk, washer and dryer don’t really do much unless you do really small loads, appliances are definitely cheap, But so is the apartment so whatever

Clean, attractive, well maintained apartments with friendly courteous staff. We spoke with numerous friends and acquaintances and when we mentioned “Deerfield” they all had positive things to say. Deerfield has a great name in the community.

I enjoy my apartment at Deerfield; it is quiet and peaceful here. But I have specific concerns about it needing updating of carpet and appliances, and also repairs to dangerous sidewalk areas. Deerfield is conveniently located to nearby HyVee, Village Inn, fast foods, restaurants, gas stations, strip malls, dentists, hotels/motels, hospitals and doctors, and nursing homes.

Over the years we've lived in a few different Apartment Complexes. While at Deerfield - We rarely hear tenants in other apartments, our vehicles are Safe in the parking lots, Snow/Ice preventatives are taken for the sidewalks & lot right away and Maintenance Requests get taken care of Quickly. - We enjoy having a Full-Size Stack Washer & Dryer Combo in our Apartment. Other Apartments we've lived in the past, would usually have the Economy Size Washer & Dryer Stack. The Full-Size Models get much more laundry done per load. We Appreciate that! - If a Family has to live in an Apartment - These ones are Pretty Good!

The apartments are great, the location is great, the parking lot is a nightmare during any time of the year and is even worse during the winter, and maintenance, in the 2 years that we have been at Deerfield, has only gone downhill with them frequently not showing up when it's a problem outside of a toilet valve issue or a minor plumbing inconvenience

This complex is to large for one man to repair in a proper and expedient manner.

So far, living at Deerfield has been great. The application process was swift, the move-in was incredibly smooth, and maintenance has resolved the main issue I had (leaking sink pipes in bathroom). The property is clean and taken care of, and I feel safe living here!

Very nice place, super friendly people live up here, parking lot is like any other street here in town but is manageable. Apartments are nice and it’s a space of your own

My experience at Deefield Apartments in the first 10 months was pleasant. Since management hasn't been on site full-time (summer of 2021) this place has really gone downhill. Trash not being picked up around the property, residents not picking up after their pets, drugs being used on the property and complaints haven't resolved that issue, dirty hallways and door/windows. My building hasn't had the carpets vacuumed (in hall and stairs) since Dec!! We have terribly broken up sidewalks, which look like they are going to be fixed bc they have spray paint around them but they've been that way since last year. There are non-handicapped residents leaving their trash out in their patios for 4-5 days, one of the apartments here has 3 med-large dogs in their 2 bedroom apts. Is that even OK?? Like I said in the beginning, thus place was pleasant when I first moved in and quickly went down hill. Not sure why or what's happening but there needs to be change fast!

One of the quietest communities in Council Bluffs, Deerfield Apartments is Nestle away back away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The management company of Deerfield has found the perfect way to make sure that they stay on top of their maintenance as well as not getting in your hair. I would recommend Deerfield to anyone looking for the country feel within the city.

I do enjoy living here. It is a quiet place to live. They allow pets and there are other children living here. It is in a very good school district. The rent is reasonable. Until we find our forever house this is where we hope to stay.

It is a very great location close to a lot of places and great friendly neighbors!

Deerfiels is a bery nice complwx. We dont have any managers here,. But Matt the maintence man is here and takes care of the property. Very nice apartments

Its a quiet place to live. There are a few kids whose parents should keep them inside after 8. Other than that great school district, clean, safe place to live.

The management was quick to respond and very helpful, move in was easy and seemless.

Deerfield Apartment has spacious rooms. The customer service is excellent. The maintenance is followed up quickly if there is a complain. I'm a very pleased with my apartment

I love my apt and the generous size of the living room and master bedroom. Its also nice and convenient to have a second bathroom and the washer/dryer setup. My first-floor apt allows me to have easy access to my patio and the parking lot. I use the patio door to come and go and accept guests. Apt managers/personelle are very friendly and helpful.

I love my little village! Everyone is pleasant & its a really quiet environment. The apartment it gorgeous fitted with washer dryer & 2 bathrooms which is a must! I even have a microwave & dishwasher which are a blessing considering I work 2 jobs.

I enjoy living in Deerfield. I live on a ground floor. No stairs which is perfect for my mom and with having a bad knee. I have a 4 yr old and this is a family friendly safe community. They are nice, well maintained apartments with a very nice and approachable staff. I plan on living here another couple years.

We like living here. It is Quiet our 3rd floor apt is set in the trees. I love spendin% time on our deck.

My experience at Deerfield has been good for the last year and half almost two. I love the fact that i can enjoy coming home to my dog. I only have one complaint and that's the fact during the winter months there the hill to the parking lot is really bad during that time. Other then that i love it here at Deerfield Apartments.

I love my two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on the first floor. It feels like so much space and thats what I like. Maintenance is great now, and Bob is so knowledge and helpful. Elizabeth is also so helpful and not crabby like some managers can be! Its a pleasure living here in Deerfield.

I asked our manager about having two grab bars installed in my bath tub for my safety and the OK came very quickly. Soon the maintenance person found the right sizes and installed the grab bars perfectly! Thank you.

We like living here. It is quiet like our 3rd floor apt. In the trees spend a lot of my time out on our deck.

It is actually a great place to live when you if you dont need to deal with the office. It is quiet, peaceful and everyone seems to keep to themselves. I really like it here. Current maintenance does a great job!

I love the sense of community you feel here. Neighbors are all very friendly. I feel very safe and welcome.

Deerfield has made me feel Im part of a community not just renting a roof over my head. Prior to moving here I had thought of myself as not an apartment person! I now stand Corrected! I L O V E love it here!

Quiet and respectful residents

I am happy living here. The maintenance is great, hes always friendly. The new lady Karrie is always friendly she picks up trash and usually has her office door wide open with a friendly greeting. Would recommend these apartments to all. Hope they get better snow removers

This is my first apartment and I'm happy to say, despite hesitation due to this being the first time living in an apartment, I'm really enjoying it here. Theres been no issues with noise, maintenance requests have been responded to immediately and Cassie has been absolutely wonderful to us. I love the location, being right off the freeway and next to a grocery store. And it is very clean here.
