Property Ratings at Del Flora Apartments
I have lived in tons of apartments but these were the worst, and not cheap either. The area is pretty nice, but the apartments themselves suck. There is no upkeep and everything is done poorly, mail never gets delivered, cops get called and even held us up at gunpoint over noise complaints (we were sleeping so it wasn’t us) and when we moved out they charged us two months rent over damages and we left the apartment exactly as we got it. I’ve never been charged before. I wish I had never moved here, please look somewhere else it’s not worth it

Seems like such a quiet but friendly community. I really enjoyed seeing how families are valued and this community and that is including pets!
The two maintenance personal individuals, Edwardo and Daniel, have always been excellent in what they do, and are extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. I recommend them for a $$$ Increase in wages to keep them here. I have been a resident here for over 9 years, these two are the best nature and combatant, I have seen at Del Flora!
The staff and location is nice. And the neighborhood seemed very quiet
So far everything has been good and quiet, low noise level. Especially since I work night shift and sleep during the day.
The apartment complex is well taken care of. However the apartment sizes are somewhat small. But all in all we like living here.
Love the staff here and everything is done right away
Complex so far has been quiet and the outside well maintained.
When I arrived to this apartment my life was going through many changes. My biggest priority was finding a space and community that was not only modern but peaceful. Del Flora delivered this and more. So thankful to have called this my first official apartment. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a get away from the more busier IE areas. I absolutely loved it.
I believe that the rent is inflated for what is offered. The community and the location is beautiful, but my rent went up every year that I was there and I was never upgraded
Great community quiet and kept really clean. Office and maintenance folks are fantastic and very quick to respond to questions, maintenance needs, etc.
Would: Clean, well kept, nice neighborhood, feels safe, and covered parking. And like that we can pay rent online.
The leasing professional was very kind and made me feel at ease, the willingness to help and answer questiins without judgement was reassuring.
YES
It?s beautiful, friendly, and quiet and one of the most reasonably priced places in a good location out here.
Very safe, security guards is present are on point with public safety. It's a very up scale living environment and well worth it's current value in today's housings market.
I love the lay out of the Apts. The property is extreamly well manicured. Overall management service is promt, and simple!
The first floor units are very dark during the day & extremely light during the night because of the security lighting. Units are noisy because of the poor construction & the renovated units were not thoughtfully done nor of high quality.
I would recommend this apartment community however it is a little pricey for single parents.
Great property. Friendly, helpful staff. However, the transition after the move in process has eliminated any time consuming and inconvenient issues that should have been reconciled before I moved in.
Clean, but get an appartment up stairs. You can hear everything in a down stairs appartment. If your neighbors are loud.OMG
The units that have been renovated are very nice. The location is the best possible for us. Some features are not competitive with other complexes, but we love the small size of this complex. The price/square foot is a little high for the market.
I would: Residents are kind, the apartment is cute. Wouldn't: broken down furniture and junk all over nexct to maintenance area and dumpsters, is a major eyesore.
I think the community is nice, quiet neighbors, and friendly office staff. I would like to see the grounds cleaner. The lawn is all dug up with no one working on it, the rain gutters have not been cleaned out and there is trash that has been on the grounds not picked up for a while.
Very pleased overall. I have overheard other tenants comment that their rent goes up every year, washer/dryer cost goes up every year and washers have gotten smaller.
I very much like that the the apartments are spacious and all the trees on the property.
So far I have been pleased living here. Although in the last 3 or so months I feel as the the property has not been kept up as impeccable as it had been since I moved in and I have been here two years. Rent jumped up quite a bit and I don't see change for the better and not sure why such an increase.
Safe, clean, afforafable for the area.
This place was nice at first, until you need something fixed or have to talk to management. Lived there for 2 years. The manager is the absolute WORST to deal with. If something breaks the maintenance either takes forever or doesn't show up. We had to go without a/c for days several times. Water heater broke and had to go without hot water for days. Just told us to deal with it. Way overpriced for the quality and area.
Here at Del Flora, they pride themselves on community, and accomplishes that goal. The maintenance is great, management isn't bad. It's close to some great schools and grocercy stores. During the spring the orange orchards smell heavenly. It's a small town feeling community. The complaints are mostly with neighbors that share the pool and laundry room and how poor the structure is. The walk ways get flooded and make it interesting to get to the carport to say the least. Even though it borders a town known for its drug paraphernalia it's not as bad as some may think.
Very quiet, grounds are always clean and the apartment and surroundings are very pretty. This is a great place for families and I truly enjoy living here!
