HORRIBLE

This place is absolutely horrible. Infested with roaches and mice. Dumpster are not cared for and absolutely disgusting! The pipes are so old and bad they cause the hot water to go out constantly and the water runs brown. The washers and dryers are old break down constantly and ruin/stain your clothes. The only positive is the location. DO NOT rent from this company specifically this location!!!!!

Not a good Property Management

Simply not a good Property Management! Moisture, mildew, lack of timely maintenance upkeep. The rent prices are not commensurate to the quality of service.
