Quiero expresar mi profunda insatisfacción con las condiciones de vida en los Apartamentos del Oro, donde radique por un año . A pesar de pagar puntualmente el alquiler cada mes, las condiciones en las que vivi son inaceptables y no corresponden con el precio que se pagó. Desde que me mudé, he tenido que enfrentar los siguientes problemas graves: 1. **Plagas**: Hay una infestación continua de cucarachas y moscas en el apartamento. A pesar de múltiples intentos de desinfección, la situación no ha mejorado. 2. **Condiciones insalubres**: Las áreas comunes y los alrededores del edificio no se limpian regularmente, lo que contribuye a la proliferación de plagas y a un ambiente insalubre. 3. **Mantenimiento deficiente**: Las solicitudes de mantenimiento son ignoradas o tardan mucho en ser atendidas. 4 Los artefactos electrónicos: lavadora, secadora, cocina y aire acondicionado no funcionan.solo generan más gastos en tu presupuesto ya que se te eleva el pago de electricidad 5. El olor a amoniaco que se respira debido a las filtraciones que existen Estos problemas afectaron seriamente la calidad de vida y bienestar. A pesar de mis repetidos intentos de resolver estas cuestiones a través de los canales adecuados, no se ha recibido una respuesta adecuada ni una solución duradera, solo un mal trato de la administración Realmente es Un lugar donde vivir ahí es lo peor que me ha pasado.

If you move here be ready. Management does not believe they have to be courteous, not notifying you of anything. We spent a week inhaling paint fumes in our apartment, very month plumbing issues. Rusted bathtubs, water damage that does not get remediated . I had to purchase two air purifying units. Just so that my wife and son could be comfortable. They are just about money.. so is a win vs lose.. so they always want to win. You pay for services that are not provided, unless ur constantly asking for what you paid for.

Run for your life!!!!!! As some of the previous reviews have mentioned they show you a model apartment that is nicely staged and decorated and smells good. When you get your actual apartment , it is a filth box, you are greeted by the roach family, it smells like mold, everything is painted over so you can't see the disgust underneath! I wish I could post pictures here to show you all exactly what I had to endure!!!!

when you get here they will show you a model apartment that does not resemble the actual apartment you will be renting at all! At first the staff is nice and when you report issues to them about the apartment they take forever to fix. MOLD IS EVERYWHERE. Beware !

Terrible community! Every year they have new management with different rules and fees. Staff is horrible. They keep raising the rent and meanwhile everything is falling apart. I can’t wait until my lease is over. I wish I could give them 0 stars

Rats, roach infestation, mold, you name the problem and I guarantee you’ll find it here.

As a current tenant the area has poor maintenance record and all apartments are out dated. You're paying for trash a community is using. Trash is never collected and there's waaay to many hoarders on property. This isn't merely half of the problems this Development has. The rating is flawed.

If I could give it no stars I would this nasty rat infested apartments is horrible. They lease apartments knowing they have a rat problem constantly leaks within the units. Maintenance is never fix problem. Save your money and time and find somewhere else to live

Love the office staff, they are really nice, helpful and always smiling! Although the walls are thin I can hear everything but for the price it's worth it.

Del Oro is "a great place to call "home". Very peaceful, Safe and Quiet, The entire staff has been really nice and respectful and always ready to help and does it with a smile. They attend to any problems or issues in a timely fashion. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly workers. The pools are always clean and are rarely crowded. I would definitely recommend it to others!!!

I have lived here for about a year now and this is a great place. The staff at the office is always friendly whenever I go in there or have a question. The grounds are well maintained. The pool is always clean. And the neighborhood is nice. A+ in my book.

I love living here , it always quiet and peaceful. The staff is amazing and definitely there if needed . Also most importantly there not a huge bug problem like others complex!

Please people do not intend to live here. The management is the worse, they have water problem, apartments are old, they don't come to fix any thing. I put my clothes in the laundry the water went off for 5 times , I called them they said come to the office we will reimbursed your card, but when I went they told me to call the company, I called the company they said they will only pay me $3 beside $8 dollars. And they check will come in 3 weeks.

This place is the worst. Everything is old and falling apart. They show you the model apartment but what you get is a huge down grade! There's rats, termites, ROACHES and spiders. This place is never cleaned and theirs people constantly doing drugs in the hallway. The management always wants to increase rent and charge ridiculous charges for things they don't do but they will validate it with "the areas value has increased, so we need to adjust this for our tenants". You get charged for water for everyone in the building and garbage for everyone in Plantation.

I thought it was a good place first by getting a look at the appearance of the office and the model unit. My experience is terrible I just got my keys yesterday by I signed the paper work and went back couple hours to the apartment I was greeted with so many roaches in the kitchen the cupboard the bathroom and the bed rooms oh lord it is sooo much I paid my money now I can't even stay there I'm sure I won't get back my money.I had to cancel the delivery of my new furniture to be in that roach infested place .

I'm currently renting here and I can honestly say I have never been more disappointed with any other apartment I have lived in. the place is dirty like they painted over any dirt that was left by pervious owners, the lot has huge pot holes, the staff is rude and treats you like you don't pay rent there, my apartment has no phone outlet limiting me to only have comcast if I want Internet, there are roaches and pest is apart of the bill every month but you have to request pest control (even though you are already paying for that) the water is turned off on a daily basis during peak times like 5pm when I'm trying to cook dinner, they are doing construction on the roofs to make the exterior look nicer however there are only 2 men outside working causing it to take forever and the constant banging at 8am even on Saturdays is ridiculous. my advice to anyone thinking of moving here is stay far far away. it's not worth the money to stay here.

This place is a disaster. First off, since I moved Utilities bills have gone up drastically each month. The Staff Is completely unhelpful and changes the explanation each time I call. Also we get charge fees for services we never get. The complex is infested with Roaches, my bathroom tub is already peeling and chipping after living there not even 3 months. Maintenance takes forever to fix a problem. My closet broke the first night I moved in and wasn't fixed till a week later, not to mention i was charged a maintenence fee off of something that broke the first night. I'll never refer anyone to live here. Sad thing is I have lived in this complex many years ago when there was a different management team. The team now is HORRIBLE. Wayne and Vanessa (the manager) have done nothing to ensure their tenants needs and wants are met. Horrible team.

They never answer the phone they are very rude when they do answer they hang the phone up in your ears

This place has multipe problems, ill list a few... a roach infestation, mold issues, poor management, the apartments look nothing like the initial ones they show you. What was supposed to be an updated apt had multiple issues from dirty yellow blinds to faucets and outlets not working not to mention the place was extremly dirty. There was a shooting and killing in the parking lot not long ago. I cant even begin to list all of the issues with this place. Not a safe or clean environment.

Only if they respond nicely to our maintenance requests.

Lived here before a couple years ago, didn't have any issues, came back and exactly the same but better. The pool area is updated and looks great, if closet space is important to you this is the place huge rooms and closets. peaceful area and friendly area, if you have kids schools from elementary to high school and parks are really close! walking distance.

I've been living here three years now, I feel safe at night where i'd want to be every night, the community is really clean, well kept and everything on point, shopping area not to far from the apartment. Very beautiful it's my home I love it

Oh my this place is beyond beautiful and feels so safe. It's quiet and my apartment is so big. I just moved here from Texas and I believe I picked the best place to call home. Great area and great complex I would highly recommend this place to others.

I have lived in this apartment now for almost 3 years this is my first time living in a apartment the management here does there best to keep the property neat and clean. I live on the third floor and it over looks the pool which is constantly keep clean the surrounding area is lush with beautiful palm trees and green grass and bushes and is surrounded by a safety fence. The apartment has a workout room and it has plenty of parking. They have two elevators for easy move in. There are many families that live here and everyone is very friendly.

i have been living in my apartment solo for the last three years .everytime i think about moving i contemplate. i love the area i feel safe at night , the common area are well maintained and staff incredibly helpful. the building is perfect if you want a quick walk, jogging, courtyard and pool.

I have lived at Del-Oro Apartments for 3 years now and I love it here! I could not be happier.The Apartments are very spacious. I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath Apartment and love the Master bedroom as well as the living room. We have a big walk in closet for his and her clothes. There is a Great parking lot and a nice pet park if you own a dog. I'm Very comfortable here and never had any complaints. There is 24 hour maintenance who come when needed. A beautiful pool surrounded by palm trees. The convenience of having a Washer and Dryer on every floor. The staff and the neighbors are very Friendly. I also love the fact that pets are allowed here.There is a beautiful Garden to overlook and best of all you get entertained by the music of the plantation High school band that rehearses in the afternoon. I would recommend this place to anyone of my Friends or Family who are looking for a place to live and settle down for years to come.

At first glance Del Oro seems like the nice quiet community you would love to be apart of. The website draws you in and you think you are in for a treat. Nice, quiet serene community! Well it's not! Management is lacking and residents are not treated as though they matter. Elevators broken for months at a time and laundry facilities are mostly out of order. Maintenance dept knows nothing about repairing equipment and requests are marked as completed when nothing has been done. Hallways are dirty and smelly. Even though the units themselves are ok roaches are constant tenants. Some of the workers try to make it a better environment but the property owners seem not to care or at least that is how the leasing staff makes it seem

The worst place to live. They should up grade to those who have been here the longest. Not just the new one coming in. To make them feel good about an up grade. The whole complex need up grade. The parking lot full of holes. Management is poor. What they need to tell everyone who come in for an apartment that your rent goes up every time u renew your lease.

I live here now! The Apartments are very old! Old Appliances Cabinetry is old and bits of wood chip off. The model they show looks nothing like the unit you move into!! Ask to see the actual apartment you move into. The washers and dryers are always not working properly too.
