There always seems to be something! Between fire alarms, electric going out, smashed garage doors, non-working elevators, people parking in the electric vehicle parking area with a gas car. Always something!

We just moved in, and we love the place! We’ve found the staff to be friendly and professional, and the property has a lot of nice amenities to include a theater, gym and rooftop walking track. Compared to other apartments that we toured within the same price range, DelRay is hands down the best.

Moving into an apartment that is this clean, modern, quiet, and convenient seemed too good to be true. I still have trouble believing that I stumbled upon the only affordable apartment in Alexandria that still feels luxurious. The view from the gym is breathtaking. You can see DC, Arlington, and Alexandria.

DelRay is generally always clean and well-kept and there is always parking available. Now to get the dog owners to clean up after their dogs!

The building is generally pretty good, but it is obviously not perfect. The gym doesn’t appear to particularly well maintained as there is some equipment that has been unserviceable for quite some time without repair. I noticed too that last winter the air conditioning in the gym seemed to be switched off but with all the glass up there it was still quite hot, even in the winter. We have had marijuana smoke smells seep into our apartment on a number of occasions whilst living here, which is unacceptable. The elevators seem to go out of service more often than they should. All these things considered the rent is quite expensive. I have on the other hand had good and pleasant experiences with all the staff and the in unit maintenance we have received has been timely and effective. The general building preventative maintenance (gym aside) is noticed and appreciated.

The place is still amazing but the front desk and cleanliness has significantly diminished . Especially during weekends. I do still enjoy my days and I appreciate the improvements being made.

Del Ray Tower at Fuse’s aesthetic definitely gives luxuary. You will have to put in maintance requests within weeks of moving in, however, they will investigate in a timely matter. The concierge staff are amazing! The leasing staff office is okay (except Kiarah who is attentive and informative)

Was a bit bummed to move in and see water damage to the floor. Although it was fixed expeditiously it was extremely inconvenient as I had already set up my furniture and the repair job left sawdust all over the apartment. After spending days moving and setting up and cleaning, I really did not want to repeat that process in the same week. However, the rest of the experience has been great. Neighbors and community are friendly, staff is helpful and the amenities seem to be top notch (leg press is out of order in the gym tho). Still kinda new and the verdict is still out but so far I'm enjoying the experience!

The staff's utter disregard for residents' concerns is appalling, with maintenance requests routinely ignored for weeks on end. But what's truly infuriating are the constant, inexplicable charges that magically appear on my monthly bill. It's abundantly clear that the management is more interested in squeezing every last penny out of tenants than providing a fair and transparent living environment. If you value your sanity and your wallet, steer clear of this den of unresponsiveness and hidden fees.

I love DRT @ Fuse. had to move in on short notice and they have been hospitable to me from the first time I inquired up to now, a year later. the staff have remembered me even though we have few interactions (because I just havent really needed them) if any, and they always ask me how I’m doing and how things are going when I do see them. the community at DRT and in delray itself is slightly more friendly than the rest of NoVA IMO and I enjoy that.

Love it here! I recently moved here with my daughter and grandson. I have participated in the Whiskey tasting and planning to attend the Paint and sip event. As far as apartments go, I love it here. People are respectful of each other in community spaces and in passing. I’ve only had one issue with sound traveling through apartment walls and never had the issue again. The community is wonderful, and the staff so insanely accommodating and helpful. The area is also a huge selling point! I love being a quick walk from coffee or bars or good food. Del Ray is one of my favorite neighborhoods, and this apartment is just perfect for me. But for my first luxury apartment building experience, the impression is a little lackluster. I’m admittedly a harsh critic, but in my first year there have been several issues, mainly the large-scale, months-long renovations due to water damage (which we were generously compensated for in our rent). It seems like there’s regularly always an amenity or space that’s rendered unusable (ie: temperature in the gym, package lockers being down for months, sky lounge under renovations). While I expect those things from an apartment complex, it makes the experience feel significantly less luxury. With all that being said, I would still recommend it. It’s a good community, and great units. The location is ideal. I feel like the units are priced fairly for the value you get. If you can handle the inconveniences, it’s a great spot.

I like the parking garage because it's secure and safe. As for living quarters, I understand the cement floors are part of the "industrial vibe", but it's not cozy or homey. Location in Del Ray is great, fantastic public transportation options, and walkability of the neighborhood is a benefit.

DelRay Towers, towers above many apartment complexes (excuse pun). The staff are very attentive, concierge service is excellent, very secure building. fantastic amenities, great location great area to walk, restaurant everywhere, and community activities, including farmer's market, flea market, great lil shops. Yes, there are great meet n greet opportunities hosted by management! Best place I've resided thus far... Vicki

Delray tower has a wonderful staff and the manager Mr. Yoowho works well with their tenants. However, I've had a couple of problems with my unit, such as my washer and dryer not working correctly and not having enough assistance to solve the issue. Another issue can be the smell because pet owners are not cleaning up after their pets, causing the hallway to have an odor at times.

We have recently moved to Delray Tower and since the application process we’ve had great experience. The leasing office was so helpful during the process and so far we did not have any issues. We really love our place here and the building is always clean and quiet.

I am very thankful for the staff at DelRay Tower. I recently transferred into a new apartment after considering the option to move out due to price changes. Very poor communication. You are charging a fee for the online account that I can use for maintenance request and no one is looking at that. I have to call for repair and nobody following up. Both online or phone doesn't work for this community managements.

DelRay Tower is a wonderful place to call home. It is city living with a suburban feel and I am so glad that I found this place. It is very quiet, issues are resolved quickly, and the view from the sky lounge alone is enough to want to stay. The management team is very friendly and the concierge staff is helpful. You won’t regret living here.

This place is amazing! I feel so safe. All staff is extremely friendly. The location is good - quick access to interstates. Target and giant are a mile away. Corner store is super convenient and has a good variety.

Delray Tower is a luxury living experience. From the open layouts to the amenities, it provides the perfect balance for socializing and working from home, especially during these covid times. DelRay Tower was definitely a place I didnt think I could live in, but Im so glad that I ended up here! I love how quiet it is nearly around the clock. The amenities are amazing! From the rooftop track and the sky lounge to the grocery store, DelRay Tower truly makes me feel like I live in a hotel every day. The concierge is always so nice and the residents are polite and friendly. You get seclusion and community all in one place. Give DelRay Tower a try!!

Building is not sanitary and poses a threat to health. The managements discrimination and favoritism has been exposed. Siham the building manager is unresponsive and does not care. Emails to "WeCare" @ udr . com has been unresponsive. Emails to "ir" (investor relations) @ udr . com has been unresponsive. Do not move here, and do not invest money with UDR. As for Delray Tower, management in the building has deteriorated to an unsustaniable point. The infustructure has deteroriated as well. Non-stop issues with parking, sanitation, management, applicants, amenities, and more. Also, currently over 20 vacant units due to poor management. This place is not worth the view and it took me months to recognize all the major issues here.
