Disney’s Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Epcot are its four main theme parks, along with two water parks. People of all ages come to Disney to fulfill their childhood dreams. Property Ratings at Delamarre at Celebration
More parking needed… I sometimes have to park all the way over on the other side of the property. More elevators were needed to when they built this building.
With the warmer weather coming, the amenities have been so nice to have and use! The outdoor kitchen spaces haven't been as well maintained as I would have hoped, but the pool is immaculate!!
Living at Delamarre is great. I have such great neighbors. I have met many residents which most are dog owners like me. I like the staff and maintenance staff.
We had a great tour with Alondra on Friday, we picked our floor plan and applied in the office that day. She said she would be back in the office on Tuesday but we would recieve a link prior so we can send in income documents and ect. We never got that so on Saturday we called in and a leasing agent said we were denied. This came as a shock to us because we were just approved at Evander right down the road. It took us all weekend, Monday and Tuesday trying to figure out the reasons behind it. When we contacted the screening company that works with Delamarre, they told us that they don’t make the decision and it’s the apartment itself. When I contact the apartment they won’t speak to me besides telling me that the screening place made the decision. Finally a leasing agent said they denied it on credit alone and because it was denied they won’t consider any other parts like income (which is 5x the rent) because of the number of our score. We have never been denied an apartment based off of credit alone where they refused to consider income and rental payment/history. We offered to provide 4x the rent to move in to offset the credit but we cannot talk to anyone but a regular leasing agent. Very disappointing to not be able to speak to someone about our application.
I love my apartment! And I love the Apartment Life Team, they have hosted several great events and it was an awesome way to connect with neighbors.
I have lived here a little over 2 months now, maint team is very responsive, but I struggle getting answers from the apartment front desk staff.
We would like to commend the incredible team—Karolaine, Alondra, Isabella, Natalie, and all the maintenance team —who consistently demonstrate professionalism and dedication in their work. Over the past 3 years and 4 months that we have lived here, We have had the privilege of observing Karolaine’s exceptional work. She manages the community with intelligence, always attentive, efficient, and solution-oriented, demonstrating outstanding professionalism in every situation. Delamarre has been a true blessing for us. We love this community, and Delamarre has become our home sweet home, practically since we arrived in the U.S.A.
People right below us are smoking on their deck, I have spoken to them and our management staff, no results, still smoking. Other than that all good.
Nice community, clean and nice neighbors. Always helpful employees, quiet and comfortable atmosphere. The homes are updated and very sophisticated.
The apartment is great and staff is great. The only issues here are parking and other residents leaving trash in the common areas. The trash has seemed to have gotten better lately as well.
Great experience. I've had some initial problems but they got solved super quick so I really appreciate. It is a great place to live honestly!

I would recommend Delamarre to anyone looking for an apartment near Kissimmee/Celebration area. Staff and maintenance are very helpful and nice.
Natalie and the team in the leasing office were amazing and helped get me set up with my new home! They answered all my questions and were happy to do virtual tours of the apartment as I lived out of state.
There have been several instances where they have had issues with my account, they have charged me for things I should not have been charged for, forgot to charge me for my dogs for three months, then tried to charge me a late fee for not paying the dogs they forgot to charge me for, Credited my account with someone’s moving expenses, then requested those back because they were on the wrong account, Among several other things, my experience here honestly has been extremely unpleasant. Minor in comparison is that they told me the pool heater would be fixed and it wasn’t for the entirety of the time I lived here. Also extremely important, the Internet is an absolute known problem in this community. If you work from home, you are going to want to get another Internet service like I had to, and you have to pay for Internet from them so you’ll essentially be paying for it twice.
The move-in process was made very easy. I was able to complete everything in preparation online. The complex has great amenities and the apartment just feels like home.

This would be 1 star if it wasn't for the amazing maintenance team who despite the "management staff's" utter ineptitude, are friendly, approachable, and work very hard every single day. Although the apartments are quite nice and the community's overall appearance looks great, especially the landscaping, virtually ALL of the public amenities are not functioning or barely working. The elevators are out of order at least every other month and sometimes for extended times of weeks. The elderly or handicapped struggle to get up the stairs with groceries or crutches. Every single common area TV is broken as they are no longer paying the satellite company. On 10/3/23 Delamarre switched to Gigstreem as the new Wi-Fi provider. Since that day, Wi-Fi has been intermittent on an HOURLY basis. You will lose your Teams or Zoom calls and Smart TV. The much-touted car was has never worked, but it will still charge your card $10. The only fire pit is still broken. Management does NOT care.
I would recommend Delamarre to anyone looking for an apartment. The staff is friendly and helpful, a wonderful area and everything is closeby.

Delamarre ate celebration is an awsome place to live. The condo itself was well-maintained and offered modern amenities, making it both comfortable and convenient for daily living.
The staff here has been great at assisting with any issues that we have had here. These issues are unfortunately just a part of living in Florida such as bugs and AC being over worked. With each issue they were attentive and were able to get it resolved quickly. The only issue that I don’t see being resolved here is limited parking for most buildings.
The amenities and the location are nice but since we’ve moved in our front door lock has been broken. It was broken before we moved in because it has not worked at all since we first started using it. I just had to take out the battery all together so we could lock our apartment. We would’ve appreciated it if they were more careful about getting our unit ready
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the management and overall conditions at Delamarre. Despite the potential of this community, my experience has been far from satisfactory due to several ongoing issues. Firstly, communication with the management team is severely lacking. Emails and concerns are frequently ignored, and when they do respond, there is a noticeable tendency to place blame on tenants without first engaging in a proper dialogue. This approach fosters an environment of distrust and frustration. Furthermore, I have observed an increasing number of unnecessary charges added to my account, without any clear justification or prior notice. This practice is both concerning and unacceptable, as it feels like an attempt to exploit tenants rather than serve them. The upkeep of the neighborhood is also disappointing. Trash is often left scattered around the premises, and dog waste is allowed to accumulate without timely cleanup. This not only detracts from the community’s appearance but also raises health and safety concerns. Moreover, the common areas, which should be spaces of enjoyment and relaxation, have become chaotic. It’s troubling to see that children are allowed to ride bikes inside the clubhouse, and electric bicycles are leaving tire marks throughout the common areas. These activities are not only inappropriate for these spaces but also damage the property. Lastly, I have noticed inconsistency in how noise complaints are handled. It seems that certain tenants are unfairly targeted, while others are given leniency. This selective enforcement only serves to create tension among residents. In conclusion, the current state of Delamarre at Celebration is disappointing, and I hope that these issues will be addressed promptly. The potential for a wonderful living experience exists, but significant improvements are needed in management communication, maintenance, and fairness in tenant treatment.
Everything has been great! But the parking is extremely bad. I always end up parking far away from my building which is extremely frustrating especially when I work late at night.
Great area and the staff are so helpful. Close to work as well and a wonderful community. Anyone looking for an apartment I would totally recommend Delamarre.
Cleaning should be a priority for these buildings EV charges most of them don’t work Bike storage is a total mess for the last 2 years Nobody organize anything Ladies in the office show no action for these matters Going there is a waist of time
So far really well, just moved in and enjoying it so far. Pool and community is really nice. Parking could be better, but overall very nice community
It is a long process to get in, however the apartments are very nice and it is worth it. The biggest issue I have is that the agents are very busy with tours that if you need to talk to them or need assistance it may take a long time.
The leasing team here is amazing! They were very thoughtful and helpful throughout my moving process. The complex is beautiful and are they are very understanding in regards to service animals.
We just signed our second year leasing contract because we love Delamarre. Its an active and friendly community . The leasing personnel are all very professional, but Alondra es the best. Maintenance personnel are very good and any service request is responded promptly.
The apartment is good, with a good amount of space inside. A great location. But the gym should be better equipped with other equipment that serves all parts of the body.
Move-in was seamless and wonderful. Everyone on staff here is so kind and helpful. We felt instantly welcomed! The amenities are amazing, we keep finding new things to do!
Poor maintenance, needs improvement on cleaning , and fixing. Grill at the pool has been broken for more than a month. Almost 2 months without elevator.
I enjoy the pool so much!! The neighbors here are so friendly! I love it! The waterfall (grotto) is so refreshing. I can sit under that waterfall all day!
Living here at Delamarre has been pleasant. Staff are all wonderful. The amenities are beautiful. Will definitely recommend a friends and family.
The staff is great, amenities are great and the area it is located in is also great. My only complaint time and time again is that there is not enough parking for the residents.
The apartment itself and the amenities are great!! Our only bad thing was we ended up booking movers through the Delamarre with a company called Dolly. NEVER book movers through Dolly. We thought it was reliable since the Delamarre recommended it, but it was far from it. Our mover was beyond unprofessional and screamed at us when we asked where he was when he was more than two hours late, despite booking everything a month in advance. He never showed up. We ended up canceling and had to move everything ourself last second with the help of our friends. If you try to cancel w/ Dolly after the start time of the move, the number to call to cancel is a fake number, which is BEYOND INSANE. We disputed the charge with our credit card company, so they sure as heck didn’t get our money. The apartment complex though has been a great new home with a smart thermostat and the amenities featured here. I wanted to write this review so others are informed about the Dolly company through the Delamarre.
The apartments are beautiful on the inside, located in a really nice neighborhood, you’re close to everything. The amenities are pretty nice as well.
I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff. They are kind, responsive, knowlegeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards.
It has been an amazing experience to live in this condo full of great amenities and great staff. It is very well located, just a few minutes from the theme parks.

Other than a lot of maintenance we’ve needed done, Delamarre is comfortable and beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Its located in a perfectly peaceful area and has access to fun things!
Noise levels are intolerable. Moved out. Inconsiderate neighbors. Pet waste all over the community and smeared in the hallways / common areas. Maintenance does what it can but pet owners need to adhere to picking up.
The apartment buildings, amenities and staff are all great. The parking situation is horrible. More and more people are moving in and there are less and less spots available.
So far my experience has been good except for parking. It’s very difficult to find parking when you come late. Other than that, I am happy. The staff have been good and very helpful. It’s a very nice and quiet community so yeah, I’m happy.

Se vive bonito y tranquilo. El servicio de mantenimiento es bueno y la atención de las chicas en la oficina es excelente. Las áreas en general son hermosas y bien mantenidas (Pool, gym, salones, parrilleras). Debo mencionar que los eventos que se realizan todos los meses son muy buenos. Recomiendo mucho el complex ????
Really nice, great community. People are welcome and respectful. The inside of the apartments are well organized and planned, the outside is a little less than expected but the community center is very friendly and well built.
