The floors are super thin, and you will hear every step, stomp, and noise the people above you make. I have not gotten a good night sleep in the past 8 months of living here. I have sent so many emails to the office asking for help I have lost count. The people in the office keep redirecting me, and will not help me. I love the location, but the noise issues are terrible. I don't know if they cut corners during construction or what, but the floors and walls seem cheap and super thin. Avoid this place if you value peace and quiet, and a good night sleep.

I believe there is a new management recently, put a letter on your door everyday saying you have violated something on the lease. It gets very annoying, you have no freedom on what you can do in your apartment or the patio.

At first I asbolutely loved it; the saltwater pool and hot tub were major selling points to me, plus everyone who works in the office is very friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, being in Texas, rats can be a problem and I really haven't been too impressed with how management has been dealing with it; that's my only complaint really, but a big part of that is because they're developing almost all of the empty fields left in Allen. Maintenance isn't always quick about responding to issues, but they always fix the problem efficiently and effectively once they do come out. So despite a few setbacks for me personally, I would definitely recommend living here if you're looking to move to the DFW area. Also, there's an outdoor shopping mall less than 10 minutes from here, in addition to Target, Home Depot and tons of other stores, so everything is very conveniently located, however, if you plan to spend a lot of time in the downtown Dallas area, this is definitely the wrong town to be in.
Looking for an apartment can always be stressful, especially when choosing location, saftiness, and afordablility. Delayne at Twin Creeks has the above mentioned including tons of amenities! It is a family friendly community and is located in a great area that is growing rapidly each year. Lastly, the staff is so friendly, professional and personable. Every time I see them they always welcome me with a smile. This is the place to be if you are looking for an apartment in north Dallas.
I have lived at this Apartment for Five years currently and have had nothing but positive and productive response from the Management Team at this location. There is never a delay in getting any Work Order completed or getting a repair done. It is a peaceful neat and clean Apartment complex in Allen, TX. Not to mention the first Saturday of every month I get to fill my stomach with a wonderful Breakfast on the pockets of the Management Team. What more can one ask for a wonderful place to lay your head every night and full stomach at the expense of the complex every first of the month and frequent free meal like Chili Night, or Summer Dog night, Who would not want to live here.
