Dellwood Estates

Management of Dellwood Estates is great. They helped me get into the apartment as soon as possible. It was clean, fresh paint, new carpet, just want I wanted.

I have lived here for over ten years and love it. It's like living with a large extended family. Many of us have become very good friends and we have some great social activities. The apartments are very nice and have plenty of storage. They are quite large and the decks are very nice to sit and read on. It's just a nice place to call home. Our manager is very nice and helpful. Our caretakers do a great job keeping our building looking nice.

It’s close to hospital and downtown a good place to live.

Dellwood Estates is better than your average big corporation, looking to make a buck, I have enjoyed living here and the staff is second to none. it is a safe and quit place to come home to, and if you need to speak to someone live at anytime day or night, you can reach them, I have lived in other communities in the area and they fail miserably when compared to the qualify and friendliest of Dellwood States.And the reason I can say this with all honesty is the staff you can live in a glamorous apartment and it means nothing without good staff to manage it.

The people are kind and the common areas are very clean

The building for 55 really is not we have younger people living here with toddlers. So don’t be fooled by the advertising.

Overall living experience is good. We feel safe,comfortable and enjoy the environment we live in.

As a senior citizen I am very happy living here at Dellwood. I feel safe. I also enjoy the friendly people that meet in the community room. Having a safe place to park my car in the basement is also appreciated.

In our opinion, Dellwood Estates is a safe, secure place to call home with everything we need for our busy lifestyle. I was convinced from our first walk thru it was right for us.

General upkeep on the building is not as good as it was when we first moved in

I have lived here for nine years and have been very happy here. it's like having one big family. We have social activities that I enjoy very much. Most repair work is done as soon as is possible. I love my apartment. It's very cold in here in the winter but no one seems to be able to find the problem. I have a gas fireplace and when it works, it really helps

Dellwood Estates is a very nice place to live. We are in the 55 building. It’s quiet, very clean, always feels safe and secure. Hello. Just moved into Dellwood Estates July 2021. Nice experience so far. Feels very nice and comfortable with great amenities and friendly staff members.

Maintenance is fast, property manager is awesome. Happy to have them for my complex.

Dellwood Estates is a pleasant, secure and well appointed living community that we have found to be very comfortable and inviting. Staff and neighbors are friendly and respectful of others. Courteous and family atmosphere.

Initial impression is pleasant, safe and comfortable. Like the staff and area is centrally located for shopping, entertainment and medical care.

Neighborhood respectful, quiet. Management responds on time. Updates all residents by note about new policy, private , local or public about safety, health or assistance to pay your rental. Informs at least a week before any accommodation in the building or public area.

Management always address issues in a timely manner

I feel at home here and have made many, many good friends.

Ive been very happy with the quick responses on all maintenance requests . The work is done well and the issues always rectified.

I really like my apartment, it's location, Manager, and the residents. I have recommended Dellwood to my friends and the have taken up residence here.

Haven't experienced anything negative, other than enjoying the quietness of the community.

Very satisfied with the out come of everything and want to thank Dellwood Estates again we love our new microwave.

My favorite thing are the spacious decks that are closed on 3 sides so they feel like an extra room

This place is nice to live, but if you care about not having your car being broken into, not finding homeless people pooping in your belongings stored in the underground parking garage, not finding Heroin needles laying around the garage. Not having your car stolen from you at gunpoint, not having your storage locker robbed, not riding in an elevator with Satanist graffiti all over the doors, not having all your amenities taken away while rent goes up every year, and not getting any help or response at all from management while they lie to you by putting up fake nonfunctional cameras with zip ties and duct tape, then I would suggest you live anywhere other then here. You will be burglarized in some fashion if you live here and management WILL NOT help you one bit. I do understand that direct management doesn't have the power to put REAL CAMERAS up. So its not their fault. But the higher ups at Goldmark? They are to blame. Our safety is not worth it to them. They do not care about us. We are just dollar signs to be farmed.

Dellwood Estates is a very nice place to live. The Management is top notch and very courteous

I hope it never becomes necessary to move. This place has become home to me. Please think twice about how much you raise the rent each year.

Living here is like living with an extended family. We have a lot of social activities and have all become good friends. We watch out for each other and check on anyone we haven't seen for awhile. Work orders are usually done in a timely manner and maintenance is very friendly and easy to work with.
