Property Ratings at Delridge Crossing Apartments
This place is disgusting !!! I found roaches and when I spoke to the leasing office they stated it would be handle. Come to find out they didn’t do anything to rectify the situation and i ended up finding a rat!! These living conditions are unacceptable and the complex is dragging its feet to find a suitable and fair solution !
You can hear neighbors between walls and floors. My apartment shakes when the person upstairs walks across the floor.
The property itself is in a very quiet part of Seattle, away from the hustle and bustle. Beautiful trees in the backdrop and fantastic amenities. It was previously under a different management company that was the only negative, but now the new ownership is incredible. Richelle is timely with responses to concerns and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend now that she’s here!
This small quiet complex is tucked away just off busy Delridge in West Seattle. The management and maintenance are awesome! Most of the apartments are backed by a greenbelt, with a full wall of windows and a deck. I love the view out my windows! Major bus lines to downtown are nearby, and parking is included in the rent. The living room is quite big, and the layout is nice. I have been here for 3 years, and find that Willowcrest offers the greatest value in the area.
Fantastic Property Business manager and Maintenance staff. They are well informed and extremely courteous helpful, and professional and friendly. Grounds are well kept. Maintenance issues are attended to promptly, any issues brought to management are addressed professionally and rapidly. I have lived here for four years. Property is being updated with new paint, trash compactor and grounds are kept mowed and landscaped beautifully. Washer and dryer in unit. I have never had my appliances break down. I had a leaky faucet and it was replaced same day of request. It is fairly quiet and orderly here. I have really enjoyed living here. It is conveniently located very near to the bus line as I don't drive and use them for most of my transportation.
Nestled at the top of the hill, this apartment is just a block away from Delridge, just slightly removed from the noise and passing cars. It’s an easy walk to the bus stop or Home Depot, and a short drive to shops, the Junction, Lincoln Park or Alki – all the best West Seattle has to offer. The buildings are well cared for – management and maintenance live on-site and are responsive and friendly. The apartments have kitchens with a pass-through to the dining area, nice patios with a storage closet, fireplaces, full-size washer and dryer, and windows on the north and south sides to create a nice air flow. The rooms and closets are well proportioned, and the kitchen has plenty of cabinets for storage. Pets are welcome with a deposit and pet rent. One downside is limited parking available on-site: all spaces in the parking lot are reserved for residents with each unit getting assigned one. Additional cars or visitors have to find street parking.
I have lived here for almost three years. For an apartment in West Seattle, it's reasonably priced. The management does a great job on maintenance, both apartment & building/community. It's a short walk to public transport & less than a 10 minute drive to major business centers.
