Property Ratings at Delta Crossing
DO NOT COME HERE ?I had an appointment today @ 1:15 . I got there at 1:10 and a guy came out and locked the door and said the office was close . I tried to explain to him that I had an appointment and he got in his golf cart and drove off . After I called twice , I saw that there were 2 people sitting in the lobby talking and eating . They look at me , laughed and continued to eat . The guy with the golf cart came back , walked past me , went inside and closed and lock the door . Then all 3 of them watched me from inside. It was so unprofessional and rude . Thank God I don't live there. Then while Leaving I talked with a resident nice man !! And he said that he had a big roach problem. So yea find some where else to live cause this ain't it
I couldn’t be happier with the hospitality I received from Anthony and Sabrina! While looking for my next place to call home, it made a huge impact on how I was greeted and informed. Anthony made sure no question was left unanswered and Sabrina made it her duty to listen to the needs I was looking for within the community! Thank you again for your patience and great work ethics!
I only just moved out of Delta Crossing (job relocation) after five years of living there, so I want to finally do these folks a solid and review after years of them being so good to me! For what you get, especially considering how expensive all options in Charlotte are getting (if you want anything decent), Delta Crossing is a gem in the rough. I've lived all over Charlotte, and have friends/family around town, as well. DD is in a beautiful location, tons of trees, several outdoor areas to relax, all the essentials in the gym. And most importantly, the staff is great. Every community has over-worked people, but even if so here, it never seemed like it. And their company must be good, because whenever they have a floater helping out from a sister community, they are always so sweet and helpful. The buildings: let me address another review I read: Unless you are in a BRAND NEW building in CLT, you will find imperfections. What matters is how your crew addresses them. Out maintenance concerns were always taken care of, and we were always kept in the loop. Besides, that said, the buildings are in much better shape then a LOT of places of comparable stature. This place is solid. I could go on, but if you want an affordable place that has great finishes, good staff, and great location (so many great locally owned restaurants!), DELTA CROSSING is your place!
Great community to live in, its very quiet and the apartments have lots of space! I’ve been here for 3 years. Nice park area for your children to play as well!

We love having our long term residents! Thanks for the great feedback!
Absolutely love the two ladies in the office and maintenance is amazing here. I’m so glad I chose Delta to call home!
It has very spacious rooms it cozy and inviting. The staff are very nice and helpful people. Their is a lot of things kids can do their are two parks and a club house. Their is a lot of privacy they have private patios and balconies. None of your neighbors are in your way. The landscaping is beautiful you can tell that they keep up with it. The outside of the building are well kept up with they look bright and pretty.
Delta Crossing is situated in a great location right off of E.W.T Harris which makes commuting a breeze everyday. The community is well lit, has ample parking for residents and guests, a fitness center, a seasonal pool, and two playgrounds. My only complaint is the maintence service which is slow. When I moved in my apartment was missing an air vent cover, a window blind was broken, and several kitchen drawers were broken; none of these have been repaired and it's been several weeks.
My name is Andrea Watson. I moved into Delta Crossing apartments in 2013 of December with my daughter. I was looking for a place to stay and some how these apartments found me. I went to look at a model of a two bedroom apartment and I loved it! I've been living there ever since. Sometimes I think the rent is overpriced but overall the apartments aren't bad, it's a place to stay and I've realized that these apartments are very popular and they've been around for years, so that's really good!
Quiet, clean, fast maintenance. Parking is sometimes inconvenient, however everyone is respectable of each others space. Apts are spacious and roomy.
I have been at this apartmenet since June 2014 after graduating from Johnson & Wales University. I chose this apartment because of its location and neighboorhood. It is about 15 mins away from uptown charlotte and University area. It is a very quite neighboorhood with a country feel. I am a country girl so I feel right at home. This apartment is excellent for college students to live in with roomates (other college students) as well as a small family starting out, because it's not to fancy and its not a very expensive, so it will be well in your budget especially for 3 bedroom.
Spacious. Plenty of grassy areas. Nice playground for kids. Animal friendly.
