Maintenance doesn’t get done
You can report an issue your having with your apartment and the manager of the apartments who is not the maintenance person will come look at the issue after you report it to her 5 times or more. Then it will be another 2months before anything gets done

Manager is unpleasant
Manager will talk bad about tenants to other tenants, not professional at all. If your not one of her favorites or not liked by her she will talk very rudely to you and not take your matters seriously when you call to report a problem in your apartment. If your an outdoors person and leave stuff in your garage you will be harassed and have comments made to you about “cleaning up” “you’re” garage. If she doesn’t like you she will ring your doorbell for any problem someone else reports, but if you report loud noise to her about any other residents she says well why don’t you go ring their doorbell like as if that’s your job to take care of. Property and location are great just needs a new manager.
