Perfect place to start out in Chicago

The building is located in a perfect location in Lincoln park with an extremely affordable rent. The studios are an excellent size compared to the competition in Lincoln Park. Heat/Water are included in rent which is also nice. The landlord works out of his office in the building which makes turning in rent easy. He also replaces all carpet and repaints the apartments and has apartment professionally cleaned prior to your move in. Huge windows, so lots of natural light. Landlord responds to issues with apartment immediately. I had an issue with my water and it was fixed within 20 min. He's really great. However, it is more of a starter type apartment. It's in a vintage building so it comes with all there is to expect with an older building. (low water pressure, no dishwasher, no central heat/air, no rooftop deck/fitness center). But it is extremely well kept up by the landlord.
