Beautiful apartment complex with quick access to the Westpark Tollway. Great floor plans with walk-in closets and built-in desks. Lots of trees and side walks, great for dog walking. Also has a dog park.

Since moving to DESEO, I’ve been less than impressed with my experience. To start, the apartment wasn’t clean upon moving in and two days of living here I found roaches(like the bug) in the kitchen and roaches (like the short end of a marijuana cigarette) under the built in desk. The inside of the apartment smelled like smoke. It seems like everyone on the property smokes pot, too. You can’t get the office to return an email or a phone call. No one cleans up after their dogs. People leave their trash scattered around the outside of the dumpsters. Non-residents are parking in resident parking. The pool and surrounding amenities are closed by the county. If the property wasn’t so close to work and as quiet as it is, I’d have major regrets moving here.

Friendly leasing staff and dog park is nice. Lots of options in weight room. They have secure lockers inside the leasing building for Amazon delivers.

I have been here since March & I have nothing but positive experiences so far. The front desk is always very helpful & informative. I hate that the pool is closed & that the amenities inside close super early. By the time I’m off work, only the gym is opened. That’s the only negative I really have.

We are living 3 years in this apartment complex. First 1,5 years was wonderful. After that everything changed. Pool area is always mess, pool is dirty. The residents swim with clothes in the pool. Trash is messy. Parking lot, buildings smell always weed!

Everything about the staff, community, and apartments themselves are great! Only issues I’ve had is the pool being closed for a long time after the hurricane and sometimes the air conditioning shuts off (only happened twice), but the maintenance team always responds promptly and I’m always kept up to date on the progress of any maintenance task. It’s also a pretty safe place, has nice sidewalks and landscaping, and it’s affordable too!

The fixtures, noise level, indecency, overflowing garbage, inoperable gates, and all of the ignoring of tenants seemingly did a pivot toward a 360. Things could get better, but the residents must also participate and I notice office staff and maintenance can only do things and delegate within their rights. To be considerate to everyone, the neighbors that vibrate others’ floors with their music, loudness, and major droppings of equipment or loud bangs could be changed. However, this is nothing the office staff or maintenance can control or regulate 100%. However, Keya and the Leasing Consultations have attempted to resolve said problems. Where there’s communication and correction, there’s “Love.” I’ll just say peace. All in all, we’re all attempting to build the best community we can with the parameters we’re all confined to. There are imperfections, but at the quality and quantity of what I have now, and how far the corrections Greystar staff made, I am at home. Thanks for having me!

Overall great place to live, the neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. The staff were super helpful throughout the entire application process, they have the best customer service we’ve experienced in our apartment search which is what sold us on the property.

Everything is great! Only thing I can complain about is the people here don't pick up after their pets when taking them out to potty. So whenever it rains, and whenever maintenance mows, it smells SO BAD outside. Like so bad. I had to dock a star for that because it's like a consistent issue.

Friendly staff! The apartment looked great when on move in day. Weight room and pool area are nice. However, there a huge pothole on my route that needs to be filled.

So far it’s been nice to live here. It’s pretty quiet. The bi weekly community events are cool too. My only complaint so far is just the pool not being opened the past couple weeks. It’s hot & I would like a dip in the pool haha. Otherwise, nice place to live.

So far so good with the stay in Deseo at Grand Mission as the community is small and tidy with nice amenities and full of trees and greenery around the apartment

Living at Deseo at Grand Mission has been a wonderful experience. The apartment itself is modern, spacious, and filled with natural light, making it a comfortable and inviting place to call home. My experience has been good so far. However, the parking can be better. If I come home at a certain time it is hard to find parking. And also visitors parking can better I don’t have a lot visitors but when I do it’s a headache because of trying to find parking.

The apartment has all the amenities anyone can ask for. Leasing office is always present and responsive. Maintenance workers are great. I can just stay at home forever now.

I love my apartment. We live here almost 3 years. Our first 1.5 years was very good. After that our apartment smells marijuana every day because of the neighbors. All parking lot smells marijuana too. They are walking with their dogs and smoking same time. Pool and pool area was very clean but now not clean. Older kids swim with regular clothes.

Been living here for a year now . Overall I can say that it is very clean, quiet and friendly people. When putting in a request for maintenance they come and get things done in a timely manner. Office staff are friendly and welcoming. There are events every month which I haven’t attended yet, but would love to. There is food truck Friday. I would recommend this community.

Staff never answer the phone. Thinking of taking back my deposit and leasing elsewhere if this is what is the standard before even moving in.

The front desk staff are kind and helpful, however, I had a new vehicle (less than 6 months old) stolen from this apartment complex overnight and absolutely nothing was done. I was given the card to a manager here and emailed multiple times with no response as well as called. I still have not heard back and it's been months. That being said, I understand that it's not the apartment's fault, however there is no sense of safety here. The gate hardly ever works and is left wide open for anyone to come in and there are very few camera on sight. A side note, there are stray cats everywhere who have ruined my outdoor furniture ( i never go to my porch anymore). I will not be renewing my lease here.
